I can’t say more about the service. Our waiter was phenomenal and made sure the food was perfect. He made our dinner the best. The food was so flavorful and will now be my new favorite since our old Chinese restaurateurs closed. The chow mein was exactly how I love it maybe even better than any other I’ve had before. The atmosphere was super clean and comfortable and they have a very large drink selection.

I’ve been going to lucky house as long as I can remember. 20 plus years or so. Food is always excellent. Service is quick and attentive to guests. Atmosphere always alive and in a clean establishment. The perfect experience every time.

The food was fair. The bartender/waitress was in deep conversation with another customer. Maybe if she was paying attention she would have noticed the chewed gum stuck to the bottom of the plate. It makes me wonder if the cleanliness of the kitchen is up to code. They did take the order off the bill. We had leftovers which we planned to have for lunch the next day. As soon as we got home they went straight to the trash. Obviously the dishwasher or santinitizer is not working properly. It’s a total turn off. What should have been a pleasant experience turned out to be an upsetting disaster!!!!

Coming in from Florida to have Chinese food at lucky house was such a treat. Recommended highly by the staff at westerly hospital. This will be my place next time I am in town. Quality food, it was hot, and service was excellent.

Food and service are awesome, it’s like the diner of the Chinese restaurant world, feels like good old comfort food , I have eaten most things here and haven’t found something I don’t like. Recommend swapping spicy mustard for chili pepper sauce it’s amazing!

Danny is great! Food is very good! Definitely recommend! Prices are reasonable especially during lunch! Portions are the same when you order from the lunch specials menu! My son recently made a model of the restaurant for a school project! He chose it because it’s his favorite restaurant!!! All waiters and waitresses are very friendly and accommodating!

Lucky House is the only good Chinese restaurant in (deep) South County. Even during the height of the pandemic, the quality was consistently good and the ingredients fresh. The owner is great, delivery is quick, customizing is welcomed. I feel bad for trying Dragon Palace when they opened in Westerly – it was trash compared to Lucky House; we threw most of it in the bin.
