The service and attitude in this restaurant is terrible. I am a man. The waiter gives me a small amount of rice and seven pieces of chicken. Give very little of everything. I was very angry, I often buy their meals in different places and have not encountered this situation

Super slow service. None of the fountain drinks had syrup, no ice, and all the juice options were empty. There also weren’t any lids for the drinks. Went with the Minute Maid lemonade and I had to toss it because it tasted like mold. Nothing is up-kept here. Food was ok but rice and mild salsa were bland. Don’t recommend.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Brought in my family. One girl to handle a full line of around 10-15 people while the other girl on the register goofed around and just stared. The manager was nonexistent until we were getting drinks and there was no syrup in ANY of the sodas, there was no iced tea and all of the juice bar was EMPTY. Ice tray was full of ice, garbage was overflowing, and their food prep area was GROSS. AND THEN, while we were getting our food prepped, the girl decided this was the time to ask us about what kind of music we liked and other questions. After standing in line for over 30 minutes behind FOUR people (only), talking was not where we were. We had three kids with us, we needed to get them fed and get out.

Would give zero stars if I could. I don’t ever leave reviews but the last three times I’ve gone here something is wrong. First incident walked in to no line and the workers standing there talking and they didn’t even acknowledge. We walked up and waited to be asked what we’d like and after a few minutes of standing there while they talked and laughed we realized they weren’t going to do their job. So we asked to order and received no apology whatsoever and they still took awhile to start our order because they were fighting over who had to take our order. We came home with a bag of burnt chips. They were dark brown and just to look at them you’d know they were burnt. Then the next time was given burnt chips again and the food looked like it had been sitting out for days. Then today went to grab my mobile order and thank goodness I checked my bag because opened it up to the completely wrong order. They took 15 minutes to fix the problem and there I was waiting with three other people who had been given the wrong order as well. Then got home and realized they had left things off my bowl. The team there seemed completely untrained in how to interact with customers and then also how to do there job. Sad because this is the closest chipotle to my home but if I do order again I’ll have to go somewhere else.

Tastes super salty and not that great due to the overwhelming amount of salt they used. $16.05 for a bowl and a drink. I should’ve backed out on drink though still expensive without. Didn’t get extras. For one I’m not paying almost $3 for small portion of guacamole. It’s not that special to add on to an already ridiculously priced meals. Haven’t been here in 3 years. Half the portion now and more money. The one thing I got a lot of was lettuce. I was shocked with the experience and price today. 4 people ahead of me before lunch rush with 2 seated inside, 5 employees staffed and took 30 minutes just to get to order. Even their order pick up line was backed up. Absolutely ridiculous in pricing, staffing, timing and cleanliness. I won’t return. Even others were complaining how small portions used were. Even skimped on rice like it was gold. I won’t recommend.

Convenient Jupiter location at Indiantown Rd. in Chasewood Mall. Parking is plentiful and easy. This Chipotle location has quite a few problems. If ordered online an order rarely is correct or on-time. If you are using app and following your order preparation, be aware that the app information will be most likely incorrect and the order will be late without any explanation. Before you leave the store make sure to check your food, utensils and napkins. Unfortunately, the staff treats this place more like a social hang-out than a fast food restaurant, and the management is doing very poor job in maintaining the basic fast food restaurant standards.

The amount of food they give you for a bowl is so small. Ever chipotle I’ve been too the bowl has been huge, this place barely had the bowl filled. I watched everyone else’s bowls look the same. The service was slow but friendly but again very very slow. The place was clean which was good. I don’t think I’d go back to this one tho.
