My favorite! Everything we ate was delicious! I ordered something so simple (avocado roll) and OMG it was so good! The avocado was fresh and just melted in your mouth . Even my husband was surprised how a roll so simple which we have gotten many many times at other sushi restaurants and its always been ehh but the one from Chelsea’s my gosh!!!! Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. Out of everything my husband and I tried in Brentwood the avocado roll was our favorite! I know it’s such a simple roll but you have to try it!!

Summer Roll – (Inside: Asparagus and Crab Salad. Top: Hamachi, Jalapeno and Shiracha Sauce.) which was a party in my mouth. Lastly, the Brentwood roll (Soy Paper wraps with Assorted Sashimi, Avocado, Cucumber with Chef’s Spicy Sauce.) it was very rich. Definitely a great place for fresh Japanese food!

I love sushi and have had the opportunity of trying it at several places including Japan. And with that exposure, I can whole heartedly recommend Chelsea Fusion. You see, this restaurant gives Sushi a new twist, quite different from authentic versions and yet delectable. If you are visiting Brentwood like I was, the house specials at Chelsea are a must try! Very, very different from other options in the Bay Area.

One of my favorite spots in downtown brentwood. The sushi was so delicious, I didn’t even get a photo of all the rolls. Their specials on the board inside are always fun to try when you want to switch it up, the Lion King and Chelsea Special are just orders. Great spot for a bite to eat specially curated sushi rolls and plates. Only downside is due to its impressive and well earned popularity, waiting for a table does take some time. Sam and the staff are so kind and inviting from start to finish. Outdoor dining when the weather is nice is lovely as well.

The friendly and attentive staff made the experience even better, ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both great food and excellent service, but they definitely nailed it. I’ll absolutely be coming back here again. Highly recommend!

After my go to sushi spot closed down, I found this amazing gem. The vegetarian roll is so so bomb. I’m not even vegetarian but everytime I go there, I get that and a California Roll. Service is very attentive and charismatic. And the ambiance is super nice.
