I love this location! It is hard to get in and out of due to it being on a very busy street. The employees are extremely polite and go above and beyond. Wait time is very minimal, even in the drive-through. It is always very clean, and they are very rarely out of items.

Service was fast, and sandwich was hot, but the only other thing to do correctly, put the tomato mozzarella panini in the bag, was flubbed. Top piece of bread was shoved down in there so that it folded back, and the cheese leaked in there. plus the sandwich looks nothing like the one in the picture. Got a pretty skimpy one, with zero tomato on about 1/3 of it. Tasty and fresh tasting though, and healthier than just about every other thing offered in this shopping center. They weren’t busy on this Saturday after 5p.

I went to the one on Downtowner first and they messed my drink up. Never tastes the same, there. So, I go on down to this one and the guy (in drive thru) was SO NICE and made my drink exactly how it’s supposed to taste! I’ll definitely drive the extra mile to come to this one from now on.

Came in on Sunday, and some heavy set white woman came in after us. She probably shouldn’t even be eating at Starbucks!! We were in line ordering, and we were there first and just because she knew one of the associates (white male w/ glasses), he decided to get and make her order without ordering at the register on the side. I was annoyed because they had the nerve to hand her, her stuff before my order when I was there before her, and I was still waiting on my order, which took longer than it should!! I will not be going back, idc who you know, you don’t take and make another person’s order before a customer who was their first and had somewhere to go!! First come, first serve!! Get it together!! The only reason for the two stars for the service instead of one is because the associate that took our order was nice!

Never get foam on latte… I asked for NO FOAM. A “tall” cup for $5.12 cents..HALF THE CUP… it was so light when it was handed to me, even the window barista looked at cup odd before she handed to me. If work wasn’t calling, I would have walked in. But this review will have to suffice.
