Super close to the highway for a quick pit stop. The bathrooms were relatively clean which is very important to me. There is a lot of seating compared to most Starbucks I have been to, although the chairs look tired, not worn out but they do look tired. And the tables are a bit messy and the floor quite a bit too. Other than that it’s a good Starbucks.

Just moved to plant city , this is my new Starbucks. I been coming regularly for two months now and have to say this is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It takes about 10-20 minutes to receive my order. Half the time it’s wrong …. The employee have zero sense of urgency and often found talking to each other instead of being productive. I decided to go inside today and use the restroom. It was filthy! I’d compare it to a gas station restroom off interstate. I’ve decided to start making my coffee at home after being a faithful customers for years

This Starbucks was disgusting.there were large puddles of urine on the floors of both bathrooms. Counters, tables and floors were sticky and littered. Latte espresso shots were bad – had obviously sat too long and were bitter. The final touch was that the lid wasn’t on tightly on spilled all over my car. Bypass this store.

Went through the drive through just now. Order was placed at 12:16 and we didn’t receive it until 12:47. The barista, Jennifer, working the window did not even acknowledge us. She avoided the window the whole time we waited and when she finally did come back and we pointed out it had been 30 minutes, all we got was a “yeah there’s a lot of drinks”. When our drinks finally did come out, the frozen ones were almost completely liquid. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Nice looking area. However the barista in the window was being short with us and very rude after not getting a tip. They also didn’t add any of the additives to our drink but said she did. Will not be returning but do yourself a favor and just go to another one

The tables and chairs have been replaced since I was last here. The chairs are uncomfortable and backless, and it definitely feels like they want you to get your order and move on. They are not kid-friendly chairs. I think this location is crossed off my list for casual and business meetings. But, the espresso didn’t disappoint.

Second time I’ve come to this Starbucks….and my experience was HORRIBLE AGAIN!!! My order was taken and overlooked for 20 minutes. I patiently waited and no one even acknowledged how long k was waiting. 7 people came in after and received their order quickly. I went up to the counter to ask if my order would be made and the young guy at the drive through told the staff to assist asap because I was waiting too long. Female making drinks yells the paper jammed on the order but I just kept going. WOW!!! That’s all I could say. Get the drink and it’s horrible. Safe to say I’ll bypass this Starbucks from now on.

Took a full 20 minutes to get one simple little latte, just because I came inside and ordered. Drive through was definitely getting priority while ELEVEN people waited inside with no drinks in hand. Will never return to this Starbucks or go inside to any location.

Very good experience. We came while they were extremely busy and all of the staff worked well together to make sure everything was moving smoothly. Food came out warm and drinks were made very quickly.
