This is my usual spot for early morning. Breakfast on Tuesday today was a thorough disappointment. My usual order is saved on my app? However, today I received biscuits in my usual order. That have the appearance and taste as if they were a week old and had been left out 3 or 4 days and then warmed up. Wow Really!! Had I not already been so far away? I would have turned around and gone back to the store to address the matter personally. At least the young lady at the 1st window knows what customer service should be. to her.

I hate this Mcdonald only reason I keep coming is because it’s closest to my house. Every time I order something they ALWAYS forget to put all my food in the bag im always missing something or they ALWAYS get my order wrong I DO NOT recommend you to come here. This location is getting awful. Ordered online, took 18 minutes after arriving to get my order. Was handed empty drink cups to get my own. The drink machine wasn’t functioning properly & was gross with drink and trash waste. Bun on my burger was dry and stale. The burger itself barely had toppings on it. My kids didn’t complain but I will because this is ridiculous. Management needs to get it together or get the boot.

It was ok even they I had a problem with my food I don’t know if he forgot or what but I order he didn’t charge me I don’t remember if I had receipt or wat but I had to ask for my order again and they were like you haven’t paid but there’s bums all over the place lol other than that I stayed had breakfast later and charged my phone

This is the second time I have come to this McDonald’s that they have put VERY few toppings on the burgers and chicken sandwiches. Four people in my family of six got sandwiches or burgers and we were all in shock at how few toppings there were. I had ONE tiny tomato that did not taste fresh on my “Deluxe” chicken sandwich, same for my son who ordered the same thing. There was barely any lettuce and the mayo was squirted all in one spot and falling out of the side. My 8 year old ordered a hamburger happy meal and had to come home and put more condiments on her burger because they gave her ONE pickle. Same for my 6 year old. This is not the first McDonald’s I have seen do this since inflation has gotten so bad, but it is uncalled for. If I pay $8 for a “Deluxe” chicken sandwich I expect a reasonable amount of condiments. I’ve noticed the fries have been shrinking as well. Since this has happened for the second time in a row at this location I do not plan on coming back. I’ll take my chances at the one on Centerville or I’ll drive all the way to another town just to prove a point. Yeah I’ll be paying extra gas but at least I’ll get a better meal.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at McDonald’s. They forgot to include two burgers in my order, but accused me of stealing from the bag instead of rectifying the issue. It was frustrating that they couldn’t do anything to help. Additionally, the wait time was very long, even though there were no other customers in the drive-through queue.
