So I just moved here in florida recently and I’ve gotten a few drinks from this Starbucks before and the service has been pretty good. However, today I went in, and a (55 year old or so) man made a creepy comment to me (I am 15). When the three employees behind the counter found out what he said to me, they kept apologizing and saying they feel horrible. He ended up leaving about 1 minute after he spoke to me, and the employees were all extremely kind to me. They made sure that I was comfortable after what had happened, so I wanted to write this review to applaud this location’s hospitality. Thank you to all three of you working in this location when I came in today. I really appreciate your kindness. Side note: the iced peppermint mocha never fails to be amazing.

Paid for a Frappuccino and received a flavorless block of ice. My mind is blown that the employees are incapable of making a Frappuccino with a blender and following instructions. This is not the first time my experience has been sub par at this location. Skimping on ingredients is typical at this one. Save your frustration and drive further to another location. Unacceptable for these ridiculous prices.

Love the space and the employees as even though they are so busy they are always kind. Orders are always correct. I come here often to study/work but have at times had to go to another coffee shop or my car because the music is so loud that my noise canceling headphones can’t block out the way too loud music. This is coming from someone who loves background noise. Wanted to add the music played is most definitely not Starbucks playlists.

If I could leave zero stars, I would! The girls working tonight (Jan 24) were so rude. I waited at the drive thru and thought maybe it was broken. It was 7:45 and I pulled around. The First Lady looked at me and ignored me completely. The other just very rudely motioned and mouthed they were closed. Most Starbucks close at 9 and I didn’t realize. However I felt there was a more polite way to tell customers. At least speak to them. I will never go back to this location.

I drove 30 minutes to come in this place and they was open only drive thru. Was bad surprise. I never come back to this place. My advice, don’t go at this location because you can have bad surprises. Never never in this location.
