I just came here tonight and ordered the chicken enchilada combo. I asked for green sauce, and the lady working their tonight said they do not have green sauce, only red sauce, and she asked if I wanted the red sauce. I said no. She questioned me, “You do not want the red sauce? I told her no. It’s not a big deal. The gentleman at the pickup window was very kind. Now, this is where im upset with this place. It’s been a long day. im extremely hungry. I wanted to grab something quick to eat and head home, which I did. As I get home to open my meal from Din Tortaco, my chicken enchiladas have absolutely no chicken at all they are just stuffed with cheese WOW!!! absolutely unacceptable. You guys should be ashamed of stuffing my enchiladas with nothing but cheese and no meat that I paid for. Definitely read the reviews before you eat here. After I read the reviews, I’m probably better off not eating any of their food anyway from the many complaints they have. I was going to drive back to have my dinner plate re made correctly, but never mind I do not want anything from here ever again. Word of advice check your food if you choose to eat from here.

I love the breakfast burritos here. They have a good variety of options as well…A little disappointed because when I passed through today, they had no eggs available for my breakfast burrito. But in general, it’s a good spot, staff are very friendly and helpful. They will accommodate food allergies also.

This place has been on my list to try for a while now and I finally made it there today. I found it to be extremely good. We had the Tamales and enchiladas. Both were exceptional. The service was friendly and quick. Prices are very reasonable for the portion amount. Location is great with plenty of parking. Handicapped accessible, dine in or take out or door dash delivery. Highly recommend for good Mexican meals.

3 times in a row, this location #14 got my order wrong. 3 times! The ONLY reason that I go to this location is because it’s right next door to my business. I have referred HUNDREDS of customers who come to my auto repair facility to go there for lunch while I work on their cars. No more referrals. From this point forward I will advise my customers to NOT go there due to the horrible customer service AND the poor food quality. I have spent hundreds of dollars here only to get incorrect orders and poor customer service. I literally had to throw my most recent order in the garbage can because it wasn’t edible.

Enjoyed our late night snack here. We were greeted by friendly employees. They took our order, but were unable to accomodate “no tomatoes”; they said that it was cooked into the beef and we still proceeded to enjoy our meal and everything was delicious, cannot wait to go back and eat there again. The staff was helpful and nice!

Great service! Worderful employees. The food is fantastic. Every time I go in I’m welcomed with polite and kind attitudes of employees that don’t show or give off a feeling that they are unhappy or having a bad day and would rather be somewhere else. I think that is great to have and a very rare quality now adays in people. Also when every I go inside the place is spotless, sparkling clean. If I had to I could eat my food off the floor. I hate using the restroom in public places but if I have to use the restroom at DON TORTACOS it’s like as if I’m at or in my own at my house. Absolutely love this restaurant and highly recommend it to everyone one who likes, loves, or wants to try or experience top-shelf superb Mexican food. Thank you very much to Frank and Giovanni

Wow, I don’t think they’d serve soupy sour cream if I came into eat! Both side compartments were full of this nasty stuff. $12.46 for a asada quesadilla that was chewy and tortilla tasted stale. It was really very horrible. Watering down sour cream doesn’t save $ compared to business they’ll loose. Carlos acted like he didn’t want to be there. My order was ready way too fast to have been freshly made , that would explain why it was rubbery. Didn’t bother to call and complain, don’t think they really care about serving descent food or having repeat customers. How can anybody screw up a quesadilla? Hopefully I don’t get sick from the few bites a tried.

This is by far the WORST DonTortaco I’ve been to here in Vegas. For sure not coming back. The photos are a grilled chicken burrito. It was just chicken and guacamole salsa. Other DonTortacos will have chicken, cheese, beans and rice. The burrito had no form. It was a complete joke. What a rip off! I called and spoke with a Latino and he said that’s how they make the burritos. It’s embarrassing. I hope the manager reads this review. I know you wouldn’t like it if someone served you this so called burrito to you.
