Normally, this Starbucks does a GREAT job with preparing orders and servicing customers. However, today was not a good day. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch (venti) with extra crunchies. But today it was simply not well blended and my extra crunchies wound up being ice chunks instead of the usual crushed caramel candies. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed.

Alright so this will be a long one, I have been here since 8am and will be leaving at 4pm. I had school work that I had to finish so I can down here to finish it.. let me begin by saying that how hardworking these people are. They didn’t stop for a even a second, they continuously worked without breaks or anything, smiling at every customer, greeting them with respect! Everyone of them are polite and friendly and helpful! I order a drink and my barista (Beth) was so nice and so helpful. She made me drink that I asked for and omg it was soooo good. Exactly how I was wanting. She understood what I was trying to tell her and she made it exactly like that. I love coming here! Whoever the store manager is for this location needs to give each and everyone of them raise! They deserve it!! We need more nice and happy people like them in the world! (Btw I was writing a paper on depression) so seeing them smile and being super jolly put a smile on my face!

Absolutely the worst Starbucks around. I’ve tried to purchase items at this location numerous times with no luck. This is in addition to when I do receive a purchased item from them it is almost always made incorrectly. The definition of insanity is doing something over and over again expecting different results. We’ll I’m not going to go crazy over this place. I will just my business to Dunkin Donuts or Coyote Coffee.

Ordered a coffee via mobile app as I always do, so that its ready by the time I get there. I walk in 10 minutes after its ordered and its not ready. Totally fine. But I sit there at the station waiting for another 15 minutes, Watching the barista with pink hair literally pull tickets and put them to the side. Doing tickets that come in later before the others. Cars in drive thru that came after me were leaving before me. Ridiculous!! Not a word was said to me, no one asked my name or drink order. Terrible service!!!!! I’ll stick to the ingles starbucks for now.

I ordered an oatmeal from through my app which stated in the app that it included brown sugar, dried fruit, and nut medley. I received it and it didn’t have any toppings at all. I call this store and they said you have to order it. If you go to the app under oatmeal it will say at the top “what’s included” which will then list the following toppings that I listed. I expected the following toppings to be on my oatmeal. Why would I pay almost $4 for plain oatmeal?

This is my favorite store. The staff is great and my coffees have been PERFECT… up until recently. For one of my usual orders, I ask for extra foam on my grande coffee – it was actually someone here who gave me the idea to ask for my grande coffee in a venti cup to realllyyyy get the extra foam. The past 4 times I’ve ordered my “extra foam” this is what I’ve gotten… no extra foam, and what little foam is there turns to straight cream. If I wanted cream in my coffee, I would ask for it. The worst part is when I went this morning and was SO excited to see it wasn’t busy, because I thought I’ll finally get a coffee with EXTRA FOAM! But nope. Same thing. Not sure if there are new employees that work during the hours I usually go, or if they’ve just gotten really lazy with making the foam topping, but I’ve been less than satisfied my past few visits /:
