I typically love Abel’s – but today I got a “big taco” which I’ve gotten dozens of times from multiple locations. Carne asada. It was HALF the amount of meat as normal which was very disappointing. Don’t call them “big tacos” when they’re no longer big. Please be consistent with the amount of meat.

Tried to call this location to see if I could get a refund or a new order after ordering thru uber eats as all of the food was wrong, unsafe (pink chicken and ordered cheese with no chicken in first place), not up to standard (queso was literally oil and water) or missing. Guy on phone literally said “no” when I asked for help and refused to even try. Unsure if it was this location or another but leaving this review on both since customer service sucked and the food at this chain overall has gone down hill. Thanks!!

You guys should just pack up and get out of North Omaha. The food is trash and ALWAYS COLD and UNDERCOOKED. WE make up a huge portion of your business and you serve us HORRIBLE food. I love abelardo’s – I do- but this is the worst location. I would rather drive farther to get better food from a different location. The portions are always off, the food isn’t all too great, cheese blocks in beans, and so much more. I’m really disappointed every time I go and I try to avoid this location if I can. I want to see improvements and honestly- want a refund.

Everytime we order from this location it is disappointing. A full order of nachos here is less than a half order at any other location. They always forget the queso. Just disappointed in the food and service at this particular location.
