My coffee was good but this location doesn’t let you use the Starbucks app to pay, so you don’t earn points. They rang me up for a deli item which I thought was strange because I’ve been to Starbucks in grocery stores before and could always pay with the app. Wouldn’t come here again for that reason.

So I have gone here for about two years and recently I gave this location a 3 but I tell you they are doing something different! These people have been working short handed yet they have been so sweet and friendly. The new mgr Brittney is just Awesome! The young lady Ella is just as sweet as can be. My drinks have been awesome and they are willing to help you in any way. Such a great way to start the day!

I’m very disappointed in Starbucks at the Landrum Ingles. Again. This is not a pumpkin cream cold brew and for someone who worked at Starbucks would know that. This is awful. Its watered down. And there is no cold foam. I wanted this so badly and it’s disgusting. If I had time to argue, I would have but I had to get back to work. A waste of time and money.

We waited forever to get our order and there were other people who had ordered way ahead of us who had been waiting 20 minutes before we even ordered. Customer service was terrible. And my daughter got a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and couldn’t even drink it due to it being so thick and icy.

Nothing like the Starbucks I fell in love with in Washington State back in the late 90’s till 2008. The coffee options & quality keeps going downhill while the price has become ridiculous. I might entertain these higher prices if they would bring back traditional seasonal favorites such as eggnog & gingerbread from Nov through January & chocolate raspberry from January through at least March. How about some blueberry in the summer months & Amaretto all year long! I’m so sick of the same caramel, vanilla, chocolate, & “sugar” flavor combinations. I’m all but done with the current “Starbucks ” unless they start to go back to their roots & do so very soon. If not I won’t be coming back (& I’m not the only one that feels this way).

the drinks are perfectly fine, but man, this ingles starbucks sucks more than most. say hello to the revolving door of the rudest baristas you could possibly get. I understand customer service jobs aren’t the best, but when I come in and you look angry at my existence it’s just ridiculous. I don’t expect you to be overly friendly but at least be neutral and not roll your eyes over me ordering something. I’ve consistently heard this from other people, as well.

There’s 6 workers here, 3 standing in the corner talking the whole time. And 3 doing everything while there’s a long line of customers. The One girl was taking orders had a attitude, kept putting her finger up to have me stop talking because she was in a mood & didn’t want to deal with customers. She told her coworker she wasn’t in the mood to work register, then another girl came to the register & started taking orders for everyone. Everyone here needs a attitude adjustment, or they need new employees.
