This location is horrible. Go find another one! They don’t pay attention to orders when you order online and don’t care that they make mistakes. They need new staff that care about their customers and their request. They replaced items on the sandwiches without giving notice, completely disregarded the request to remove an item, suppose I was allergic. Wow! I’ll never patronize this location again.

This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to in my life. First, no matter what time of day you go, they’re consistently out of 90 percent of breads, ingredients and even cookies. I can only imagine that it’s sheer laziness of employees but management allowing this is ridiculous. After this evening, I was so annoyed after receiving an ice cold and incorrect order from them (ordered a ft long steak and a dozen chocolate chip and received 6 broken, burnt raspberry cookies and a 6 in chicken) that I drove up there because it’s 3 minutes from my house and was greeted with an employee who was very rude and informed me that they were out of everything. Asked to speak to the manager who refused to come speak to me or even give me a contact number.

Pretty good subway. Service was not quite as fast as I would like, but staff was friendly. The parking lot is in a hard place, and it’s a little dark at night. Some shady characters were hanging around. But managed to get in and out in a timely manner. 4 stars because it did take longer than it should have. Their was only one person in front of me, and I waited a good 5 min before they got to taking care of me.

It was a subway. Food is fairly standard at each location so there’s not too much to say about that, service left a lot to be desired compared to other subways I frequent. Also seemed a little dark and small, better lighting may make it feel more open and inviting.

The prices are more expensive than other subways. The cookies were old and hard. And they refused to honor any combo deals. And they gave me 1 single rip off a rol napkin. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

They always close early. Change your hours if you’re going to close early. I went at 6:30pm and the hours clearly say that close at 7pm. The girl working just looked at me from the window and shrugged her shoulders while I was pulling on the door confused. There was a customer in there and they were making sandwiches but the open sign was off. Just change your hours instead of closing early ALL THE TIME. Literally, it happens all the time and it’s so frustrating. Don’t go there.

This Subway was the absolute best Subway I have ever entered. The (2) employees working during my visit was in my opinion what quality customer service is and should be. I wasn’t real familiar with my Subway app and the employees was so eager and happy to help me have a better understanding of how to use the app in the future. They was both so polite and respectful extremely well mannered as well as sincere. That was the first time in an extremely long time that I felt like a person not just another customer in line. I am looking forward to my wife craving Subway again soon because I care not where I’m at I am coming right back to this Subway location!!!

This Subway I swear has the best employees! Everytime my wife and I open the doors we are greeted with honest happy smiling faces, not like some places where you can tell that the smiles are forced. They actually take the time to ask you about your day as they are toasting your bread! We try to eat here at least twice a week and we actually look forward to doing so… thank you all Bell Rd Subway yall are the greatest hands down !
