Chicken not done, I called and was told very rudely to call and talk to the owner. I asked was I supposed to eat raw chicken and was told yes! No napkins $65.00 wasted the pizza was tasteless and not even cut throughly… NEVER AGAIN!

disgusting look at these photos of a sub my mom got. apparently there was some argument but it was said to take 30 mins to make because the bread needed toasted meat needed cooked nothinh looks cooked i ste instead of her like half but it tasted disgusting mariana and cheese comimg out of both ends and hurt my stomach. bread not toasted did i say and reeks.

I will never go here again. The person who answers the phone is very rude. When I called to get a price on a salad, he told me go online and I said I was online smart ass. He said ok bye and hung up on me. That’s rude and I will never do business with them again I will go to Rasicci pizza much better environment there and customer service. Lost a customer for life and I hope many more will go elsewhere too.

Food poisoning city. Because I never learn, i have gotten violently ill within hours of eating here three times. Once, the chicken was sour. Today, my breakfast pizza arrived with fully raw sausage. Pink. Slimy. Raw. How the place is so well loved is beyond me. It used to be great but the last 2 years have been a health inspectors nightmare.

I have always liked their pizza. I’m not a chicken on the bone eater, but my guy is, so we got both chicken and a pizza. Pizza has bacon, shrooms, pepperoni and of course extra cheese and was even better than I remember it being. Plenty of each topping, spread pretty uniformly over the whole pie. (We did not come across the problems of doughy pizza or under cooked chicken) Didn’t even see the always present stray chicken feather sticking out of a piece of chicken anywhere! No rudeness from employees, but we were not rude to them either. -there was a dude there, hassling the worker, and he was direct and blunt with the dude, but still not rude. I’d still recommend this food to anyone, especially for quick large orders as well as late late night food seekers! Great job, Emidio’s!! Thank you and we will be back!!

Floppy, undercooked crust. The whole thing was dripping with grease, not to mention uncut. It didn’t taste terrible, but I prefer not to need a grease trap for my pizza, and also do not prefer to have to cut my own slices after it’s been delivered.

Had I been treated with even a bit of respect, I never would be writing this review. The man who answered the phone at 2:18 p.m. today stated he was the owner. He actually hung up on me twice when I called to say I was unhappy with our food. He talked over me, said everything was perfect and proceeded to hang up. I thought it had to be an error so I called back and he said he didn’t have time for me and hung up again! So, here you go – warning to anyone ordering something other than pizza.
Order was for 2 subs, 2 salads, and 1 pizza. The veggie sub, which according to their posted menu, includes lettuce, was served hot, drowning in tomato sauce and melted cheese. The bun was soggy rather than being toasted first (may have helped). The Italian sub was good. The salads both had rotting lettuce in them. The antipasto was ordered without onions – please see photo of onions. The other photo shows the brown and mushy lettuce on the salad. This is clearly bagged salad mix – when the purple from the red cabbage transfers over to the lettuce it’s not fresh.
The pizza was the best part of the meal and would be the only thing I would ever try there – if the owner wasn’t so unprofessional. Won’t order from there again.

They suck now my family is from North Hill. We’ve been eating pizza from there for decades. He letting them younger people take over their customer. Service is horrible and The pizza and chicken is just terrible. I really used a lot of this place but good luck for whoever ever go there like I said the customer service is terrible. I’m young kids. Don’t know how to treat nobody or talk to people.

The only time I go to this place is to feed a large population of people. They’re quick at making sheet pizzas (Did 7 sheet pizzas in 30 minutes) and the pricing isn’t that bad. The reviews don’t look too good for their chicken, so I’ll probably never try that. They definitely can be rude on the phone. However, since I am providing food for a larger population of people, I try to make sure I support a local business. The pizza is usually pretty good. Something new from this visit- apparently they automatically add a 3% gratuity to your order without your permission.

Refused to compensate me in any type of way for undone chicken. Told me the chicken was done even though it’s bleeding in my hands. He told me he CANT do anything. More like won’t. Anyone who cooks knows all parts of chicken cook at different rates. You can count on me not to come back. 1st and last visit. Thank you.
