At the time of the opening up until the last few months our orders have always been on point. We get the same order every time and it used to be very consistent. Now that has completely changed. Every time I get my brown sugar shaken espresso it always taste different. I feel like I am playing the lottery to get the right drink at this point. The coffees should consistently be made the same every time and for the past few months this is very rare. Also the staff is always on point in the morning, but most afternoons it takes forever to receive my order.

Omg will they please learn to design their new stores more efficiently. Had my daughter order but could not get in because drive thru line was backed up and no way to get around. If i had known, I would have parked in the adjacent shopping center just to walk over and be able to get my stuff. This is brand new not sure plan but very poorly constructed. Service is slow and seems like they don’t want to work there. They always gossip and ignore you til you speak up. Facility is always needing a cleaning and the trash is always piled up. Don’t get me started on the flies and nats in the cases. They say it’s from the window but that’s fixable. Counters are always dirty and they don’t wipe down anything after making drinks. Sad cuz this place use to be such a nice place to come to. Need to try better.

I absolutely love Starbucks. And love this one is on my way to work. But whoever came up with that parking lot in a such a tight location. Should not be allowed to pick anymore spots. The line was wrapped around the building. You cannot back out until atleast 3 cars move. Or if you have a kind person to back you out and make sure the line doesn’t move for a second. It’s absolute chaos.

I’ve been to this location 8-10 times, every time hoping it will be better. Today makes me feel like I’m done giving this location chances. I walked in to order from the counter bc the drive through was busy. No one was in line in store. Employee comes to register promptly. I had questions about how much things cost as far as extras and items bc I didn’t see a price plus the way they structure drink extras is confusing. Employee answered questions but did not have a helpful attitude. Ordered two tall hot lattes and two tall frappes & a protein box. The hot drinks took about 7-8 minutes the two frappes took a total of 17 minutes to receive. In store time, 17 minutes. The employee making the frappes did apologize for the wait and had a courteous attitude, however that is an unacceptable wait time considering there was no one in store in front of me. The drive through and mobile ordering is clearly getting prioritized, as the last vehicle we saw in drive through when we walked in was long gone. If you inconvenience customers with this long of a wait after they spent almost $30 on 4 small drinks and one food item, then you should be doing more than apologizing there should be a comp of some sort, not just a sorry and better luck next time.

My only thing about this Starbucks is the wait time, even when the line is relatively short. It seems to take a little longer than I, along with most people, would probably like. But other than that, it’s a good place to go if looking for a coffee or even a little snack.

The drive thru design is terrible. I prefer to go in and pick up my mobile order because it’s faster but the drive thru blocks off the lane around the building causing you to have to follow the line until you can get around it or park in one of the very few spaces go in then sit in line trying to leave.

I personally don’t order Starbucks because of the price but I am a DoorDasher and I get quite a lot of orders to pick up from here and I must say the employees are extremely pleasant and very helpful every time I go in there. It’s always a joy to pick up from there thanks to them because trust me a lot of places aren’t as kind to us DoorDashers as you may think a lot of the times we get ignored just standing there waiting to be helped or ask about somebody’s order and people just stare at you or look at you and just keep on going about their business like you’re not even there but not here every single time I go in they help me right away even when I don’t need help somebody always makes sure to acknowledge my existence and say have a nice day as I’m leaving. Sometimes just simple respect goes a long way and can turn somebody’s day from kind of lame to good lol Thank you Starbucks employees here at this location You guys are the real MVPs! Keep up the good work!
