This is a really nice Subway. We are on Vacation in Kanab and we were served by Bobbi. She was so warm, pleasant and helpful. I messed up my husband’s order and she helped fix it. Thank you for a great experience and great food!

3 of us stopped here during our road trip for a quick cheap bite and were delighted with both the service and the subs. Bobbi, I believe her name was excellent. We needed a restaurant that could cater for 222 people. Subway stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park. All the sandwiches, sides, and condiments were ready to go at the designated time and the display cases allowed for easy serving. Rick and the Subway team were great to work with, and we’ll use them when our group gathers again next year.

This subway was a little more difficult than your average subway. The employees had a nice attitude but it took forever to get through. I’d suggest getting one person standing in line while everyone sits and waits. Then swap every 10~ minutes. It took an average of 30-40 minutes from standing in line to getting your food. This was on Saturday @ 12ish so it’s probably because of that. There were 3 people at the counter and one in the back.

gage is seriously the best! i have a gluten allergy, and after letting him know he got everything clean and prepared my bowl to make sure my food didn’t have any gluten traces. he also was so kind and happy to do it, even though the line was long behind me. he made my day!

Order their salads that compared to other subway restaurants this one lacks a whole lot. Salads were not chopped and just placed into the dish and served as it was. Very small portions for what was spent. Not a busy location by any means, just unmotivated staff. Needs drastic improvements!

Best service EVER. They were packed and short staffed by 2. They pushed through maintaining their joyful cheer for business. They gave us 2 free drinks for being super patient. We are beyond impressed with that. Made us feel valued BIG TIME.
