I usually order from this store every morning, I actually have to drive past my work to get to it and come back, and the one morning I accidentally ordered to the wrong store as I was running late. When I got to the store they couldn’t find my order, and rather than make me drive an extra 15 min away Kimberly and Carla helped me fix the issue and got me on my way. They said they knew who I was from always coming in. Not to mention two days later when I went in even as busy as they were, they brought my order to the counter right away ready to go. Their customer service is impeccable and really blew my mind. You can tell for them it wasn’t even about the service aspect, just about helping someone do what’s right. 15/10 recommend this store and these guys. They make going out of your way worth it by them going out of their way for you.

My favorite Starbucks ever! Smiling faces, great service, clean store and bathrooms. It’s the old style of service, good food, and drinks I love! I can’t help but stop in every time I’m near! Be patient during warm weather since frappuccinos and other cold drinks do take longer to make. U-Turn at Ganttown Rd if traveling south on Blackhorse Pike. Look for Lifestyles Formal wear right before Starbucks driveway.

The absolute worst! Extremely understaffed. If you want to do mobile orders and food you need a better staffing model. No focus on Cafe orders , they were cranking out the drive thru orders. About 30 people inside all waiting, no movement for 30 mins. Finally went to ask for refund because I had to get to work, and they couldn’t find my order. 3 times in the past I went rhu drive thru and each time order was wrong. Staff chats with each other in a busy environment , no sense of urgency.
