Not a reliable Pizza Hut. No joke 9 times out of 10 it will be 20 to 25 minutes after it’s supposed to be done. I’ve placed several orders that were supposed to be ready at 11:27 to 11:30 and it’s taken until after 12 a couple times. Depending on who is working it can be ridiculously slow.
I’m finally got it at 11:55AM and food was supposed to be ready at 11:27AM. She told me it wasn’t done and then after all this time she called me back up there and it was ready the whole time, so now our food had just been sitting there for 30 minutes. My coworker and myself won’t have time to eat before we go back on shift.

12/15/24 – just want to write a review for the team working today. Pizza was great, fluffy crust, wings were hot during delivery, and the driver was courteous even though I always select contactless. I appreciate his (older gentlemen) diligence and service.

Update- Both Pizza hut and the GM of the store reached out to me to apologize about what had happened. Ever since then, the service has drastically improved and my order is always correct upon pick up. I appreciated how the GM personally reached out to me to look into what happened and I have not had any issues since then. It was only right that I update my review for this store.
This Pizza Hut deserves a 0 star rating. It consistently screws up the most simplest of orders or loses my online order each time. Nine times now this location has messed up the order and will never own up to their mistakes. The staff’s excuse each time was “it wasn’t specified in the order”. These guys deserve a much needed complaint to corporate.
Just recently I had both my daughters who were both sick while we waited for curb side pickup. When I had called to pick up, the guy who picked up the phone said he couldn’t find my order only to find out later that my food was given away. I had to go inside with both girls just to find this out and no apology was ever made.
Tonight, my order was somehow lost and my wife had to wait till the order was finally made. There is a sincere lack of professionalism and competency lacking in this store. It’s time this store get recognized for the poor level of customer service and quality that it deserves.

After receiving confirmation that my order would be ready at 10:15 I walked in to be told by the female behind counter that my order wasn’t in system ( I arrived at 10:13) having no time to wait I decided to just leave… 45 min later I’m getting notifications about my order being ready for pickup so I call after speaking to the delivery driver he hands the phone to the female I spoke to earlier who was at counter. She states my order came in at 10:15 .. I asked her why didn’t anyone call me I was still in parking lot looking at my confirmation email .. she then gets upset asked my why am I Questioning her and how was she supposed to know is was my order .. as if I didn’t come in and say my name and my pick up time not to mention she stated my order came in at 10:15. 1 min after I walked out … her tone was rude as if I was the one who messed up her order .. a customer isn’t always right but having a order be messed up and then a employee be rude about it because you ask a question is weird… I never had a issue before food has always been good… but today customer service was off….

I was just trying to order a 1 three topping pizza and 2 drinks for delivery, my husband didn’t know his zip code on his card and was in the process transferring me money so I could use my card. I wasn’t even on the phone for 4 minutes and she hung up. The whole time she was on the phone with me she was rude. After she hung up I immediately called back and asked to speak with a manager. I explained the situation and he was so kind and apologized multiple times. He took my order personally. People like her should not work in a restaurant business. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 8 years. I know you have your good and bad days but even on your bad days you should not treat a customer the way she did to me! I give the manager 100 stars, I give that employee a – star.

I ordered online and put the wrong toppings. When I got there they remade the order without a question. Cleanliness, friendliness, and great customer service. Although I’ve always thought Pizza Hut has too much crust and not enough good stuff, it was damn delicious. If you’re on post I highly recommend.
