Absolutely amazing experience! The chicken quesadilla grande with refried beans and salsa was incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and so satisfying. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. There was so much food for both my husband and myself that we even had leftovers for dinner, which was a great bonus.

The restaurant itself is very big, open, and spotless, which made it a great place to relax and enjoy the meal. Our waiter was attentive and always there right when we needed something, without being overbearing. On top of that, the food came out very quickly, which was a huge plus.

Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

I don’t know why we waited so long to try this place. The food was fabulous, the staff was friendly and attentive and the prices are amazing! If we hadn’t have had drinks, our bill would’ve came in under $30 for two adults. This is definitely our new go-to! My only negative was that the salsa had cilantro in it, it’s just not a good taste to me, but other than that this place is amazing!

We had the parrillada fajitas and the barilla tacos. Both were outstanding. The house margaritas were pretty good as well. If you like a spicier salsa, just ask and they will bring you the good stuff. Gabriela was our main server and did a good job of being attentive but not intrusive. Total for dinner with margaritas and decent tip was about $85.00. Could have done without the staff’s birthday singing and clapping at the neighbors table.

I’m in town overnight and mexican food is my favorite. So I thought I’d try a place. UP was a pretty good place to eat. I ordered the Pollo Loco which is dang near a carnivore meal. Chicken, bacon and cheese sauce. The bacon was perfectly and the chicken fell apart in my mouth as it should. The house salsa was tasty and not too spicy, so I ordered the hot stuff and it did not disappoint! It’s not my favorite flavor and I’m not foodie enough to tell you what was in it. But if you want hot…it is. The service was tremendous. The food was good but I’m not sure it was the mouth full of flavor that I was looking for though. I mean afterall, I did order chicken and rice so what more could I expect. The waiter was super polite and always on point. I wasn’t the only table so he had plenty to do. It sorta seemed like a casual party type atmosphere. It had pretty clean modern decor and the light fixtured caught my attention. They were huge flowers. Kinda cool. I will be back if I’m ever visiting here again and I’d take another shot at the menu.

Uncle’s Paco’s is a neighborhood gem that nails the classics. The margaritas are bright, balanced, and dangerously drinkable, with fresh citrus and just the right bite of tequila. The enchiladas steal the show: tender, generously filled, and smothered in rich, comforting sauce. Warm service and a lively vibe make it the kind of place you crave after one visit, and happily return to again. Prices feel fair, portions satisfy, and bar buzz keeps evenings festive.

Uncle Paco must be a middle-aged white guy because it’s pretty blend for Mexican food. It looks nice, but has no real flavor it’s average at best.

I was meeting up with a couple of friends, and we decided to meet in either Tulsa or Owasso since they were good halfway points for us. After landing on Owasso, we decided to go to Uncle Pacos in the hopes it would be quiet enough for us to catch up after not having seen each other in nearly a year.
We were seated quickly. We got our drinks, chips, and salsa in a timely manner. Our waitress was very attentive with taking our order and keeping our drinks filled. Everyone enjoyed their food. We stayed there for a couple of hours with no complaint from the staff. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience with some delicious food. I do recommend taking some time to look at the menu before you go because there are a ton of different options. I felt like everything was really reasonably priced as well.

I dined here on Friday night, and the food was as exceptional as always. I was especially pleased to see Hilda back. She has been my server since the restaurant first started, and her return from school was a wonderful surprise. Hilda consistently provides outstanding service—she is warm, attentive, and handles my children with genuine care. They absolutely adore her. We will certainly be returning soon, not only for the excellent food but also for the remarkable service she provides.

We come here every so often, normally I always get the Trio and never upsets. My husband gets his Sam was usual too. But over the weekend we decided to try something different and it did not disappoint. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.

You get a high-end atmosphere with really good Mexican food at a very reasonable price. We love going here and first started at their Bixby location. If you have a designated driver, get their margaritas. Here are my favorites.

FOOD
– El Trio (steak, chicken, shrimp on rice)
– Red Tacos (carnitas, steak)
