My orders here are generally pretty consistent. The outlets on the bench seating are currently not working which is a bummer. The bathrooms are often a bit of a mess. Baristas are generally pretty busy and relatively kind. The place is spacious and while it gets busy, there’s often places to sit and do work.

This Starbucks was my go-to for years. After today, no more. The snarkiness of the new drive thru associate was more than enough. I see I’m not the first complaint about her. My order wasn’t even complicated. Attempting to send me off without the food that I PAID FOR… AND being snarky about it when I reminded her, is unacceptable. Ever heard of A. Common courtesy and B. Accountability??? I ordered just two things. You had one job. If you hate it that much, then do something else. Tired of being expected to accept the unacceptable.

this is our regular starbucks, we go one or two times a week on average for the last few years, usually just drinks and not food. we used to do mainly drive through, but it can get backed up and the location makes it hard to be in line without getting trapped by folks coming in and out of the road and parking lot, so we have found it much easier to order ahead on mobile and walk in. generally the mobile order time estimate is spot on which is nice. usually the parking isnt too crowded unless its rush hour, and even then there is a whole other side of the parking lot that is easily accessible.

Placed an online order and when we arrived we sat in the drive through for almost 15 minutes, when we got our drinks they obviously were just sitting out, my drink was supposed to be frozen but when I received it it was literally melted. We also ordered a croissant and it was stone cold when they handed it to us. Don’t waste your money or your time going here.

This Starbucks is my go to. The Ludlow location is quite literally the reason I stopped going to -any- Dunkin’s. They did this by treating their customers with kindness, being courteous and consistent. The truth is their prices are too much for me but their previous employees made it worth the cost and the line. -HOWEVER- the crew that works on Saturday- in particular the younger window associate today. Deplorable. The bar for this place is high and she simply does not meet it. Not only was the product lesser than usual She’s rude. She’s cold- she has all of the characteristics of the people I avoid at Dunkin. Customer service isn’t where she shines.

we came in and had 2 children, an infant and 4 adults… ordered sandwiches, egg bites and drinks… infant spilled a drink and a store manager working on a schedule in lobby, jumped up and started to help clean up the mess and ordered a replacement drink immediately… great place with great team and service…

On 02/16/2023 I ordered a mobile older at this Store 2604. my order was Caramel Macchiato. Whole Milk, Extra Hot, No foam, Blonde Espresso, and 1 pump Vanilla. This coffee got me sick I started having Cold flashes after that cup of coffee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO GET YOUR COFFEE.
