Good homestyle food, decent portions and a little on the spendy side for the portions. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful, despite the fact there was only 2 waitresses for a 30+ seat restaurant. Not as busy as other places in Spooner, but that means no waiting in line for a table. Definitely going back in the future.

Went here Memorial Day Weekend and they were so busy plus being understaffed. Two servers and they were magnificent! Even with all that we received our food in not too long and it was hot and delicious! I’ve eaten here several times and never been disappointed.

It was horrible. Our waitress was good. We have a service dog. We were told to be seated at the front of the restaurant so we didn’t pass the other customers. But if we sat at the back we would pass coming and going . In the front you would have constant foot traffic. We have proof on the service dog. Our food did not arrive at the same time. In fact the person with the service animal didn’t even get served. She had to leave the restaurant due to anxiety. Our waitress apologize d several times. The person we spoke to when we first got there she passed on her way out and that person jumped and screeched. I feel they discriminate d against her and her dog. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. The only good thing was our waitress.

One waitress had her child there. Waitress didn’t check back on food, know the menu, ignored us the whole time we were there. We had to go up to the front to get spoons, more fish, and our bill. We used to get good service not sure what happened. It seemed the waitresses were more concerned about the tables with more people. More people better tips?

Awesome place! We had the party melt and the chicken fried steak and eggs. Both were amazing!!! Glad we were talked in to a slice of their homemade apple pie. That alone would have been worth the stop. Super clean, super friendly and just a real treat.

Very friendly service. The meal was excellent! My family and I went out for breakfast and I had the spinach and mushroom omelet, fresh fruit, and hash browns. Fresh and delish. When it was brought to the table the first thing I noticed was the overflowing bowl of fresh fruit. Then when it was placed in front of me was the smell of the spinach from the omelet. Will definitely go here again when in the area.

Cute little restaurant. Tuesday morning waitress was super friendly and efficient. LARGE menu. Clean inside. Food came out very quickly, and the coffee was good. Would definitely stop again if I’m in Spooner.
