Food is always trash, and it matches the atmosphere and employees attitudes as well as their work ethic. Not many people choose to spend their hard earned money every day on fast food so when we do it should be a great experience. Pulling up and being told to wait when no one is in line you have 3 employees outside bull crapping and smoking and the window person is grabbing with their friend at the pay window is insane. Not shocked if this location ends up like brookpark road closed and knocked down!

I am so sad that so many burger kings have closed. I stop in any time I’m by one. And there is never disappointment. Their whoppers are some of the best cheap burgers around. Their tender crisp chicken is amazing. And even the original chicken sandwich is delicious if you don’t mind processed fake chicken.

I’m pregnant and having a good experience getting food is needed for my sanity. This Burger King is my holy grail. I’m sad when they’re closed on Mondays. The ladies that work at this establishment are always SO sweet, have manners, and make the best Burger King I’ve ever had in my life. I swear it gets better and better everytime my husband and I go. You’d be silly to go to any other BK in the area. (Thank you guys for literally being one of the only fast food establishments that operates right, you’re so appreciated).

Dining room was closed for construction. So everything had to be done through the drive through. We waited for almost 40 minutes in total because we had to go back for our ordering being messed up.
Original order:
3 SpongeBob meals (3 whoppers with cheese one of which was supposed to be onion,cheese,ketchup,mayo ONLY, 3 8pc cheesy bacon tots, 3 pies, 3 pineapple slushies)
Was given:
3 SpongeBob meals with 2 whoppers only cheese, onion, ketchup, mayo, and 1 was a double whopper with bacon added, only cheese, onion, mayo, ketchup. 3 4pc cheesy bacon tots, 3 pies, 3 strawberry slushies because pineapple was down.
Went back to the drive through to have the whoppers remade, didn’t know that the cheesy tots were supposed to be 8pc until I had already left and made it back home. But they remade 2 of my whoppers, so they were completely regular , but they still forgot the cheese (which i gave up on having fixed because I’m not gonna ask for them to redo again.) And gave me a medium fry for the inconvenience.
Paid $44 for sandwiches that werent made right even after being remade, slushies that werent the right flavor, cheesy tots that were the wrong size… literally the only thing that was right and tastes good was the pie. All because my kid loves SpongeBob and wanted this meal so bad. And the crazy thing is , I wasn’t even going to leave a review, when I was younger , I worked at burger king , and I can understand that sometimes people make mistakes. But finally I get back home, and it’s snowing , super bad outside and all I wanna do is go in the house and sit down and eat my burger , and it’s so dry that i’m literally choking on it. I don’t know if it’s because they made the bun yellow, but that was the DRIEST, most TASTLESS burger I’ve ever had. Point is, I promise you the SpongeBob meal isn’t worth all that… Just get the pie and make your burgers at home.

Try our chicken wraps! This is what I got, the chunky part of yellow lettuce, ripped tortilla and meat that i wouldn’t feed to my dog.
My girls fries and burger were good, why i still left a 2. This wrap is rediculous and unacceptable. I don’t usually get fast food because this has become way to common.

This is just about the slowest drive-thru on the planet half the time I go here I wait like 10 minutes for no reason they’re never like too busy it’s just the slowest drive-thru I’ve ever been. Someday I will get smart and quit giving this place chances. I tried to tell the guy working the window in a non-threatening way that this was a very slow drive-thru and he kind of looked at me and laughed.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! It’s really a darn shame when you have a taste for something, you BUY it, THEN when you get home to eat it this is the CRAP you have been given!!! THE PICTURES SPEAK FOR ITSELF! Need I say more??? YES!!! The bread was SOGGY, SMASHED AND darn near MUSH!!! This pitiful excuse for a burger HAD to have been pre-made or maybe even OLD AND MICROWAVED because it was scorching hot and NOT in a good way!! As you can see, the top layer of bread of the bun is STUCK like an adhesive on the patti!! Utterly GROSS!!! The presentation is atrocious and the burger looks like someone SAT on it!! Also it was such a an EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF SAUCE on it as if to hide the horrible quality of the burger as a whole!! TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY..The number displayed on the receipt automatically disconnects when I call it!! I’ve called SEVERAL TIMES! As hard as times are, I JUST WASTED MY MONEY ON BS!! It’s a crime to send out food this way to paying customers!! What kind of people are handling the food!? I will NOT be back!!

Do not order from here. You will regret your life if you do. The wrap with that McNugget sized piece of mystery meat was $5, the 2 sandwiches were supposed to be toasted. Mmm, cold white bread. People should be ashamed of themselves and each other.
