Southern Ground Coffeehouse is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and located in the Jeff Bishop Student Center at LBW Community College, 1000 Danelly Blvd., Andalusia, AL. We are open EVERY DAY from 6:00 a.m until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday with extended hours for special events. We serve everything with love and true Southern Hospitality.

The coffee is hands down the best in town and that’s not an overstatement. The girls who work there are so sweet and if anything isn’t the way you like they’ll remake it in a heartbeat. I got two large coffees and a bagel and it was only around $11. If i went anywhere else it’d be like 15 pushing 20. The service is nice, fast, and accurate. Almost better than Chic fil a lol. Even with only one or two working I’m never waiting long and it always tastes great. 20/10 will always recommend and keep coming here 🙂

I was so excited to go get my iced coffee this morning. I tried to open the door at 6:02 am and it was locked. (The person that usually opens it hadn’t come by yet and the lock was sticking for them.) I called and a lady answered the phone with the most enthusiastically cheerful voice! I don’t understand that so early It immediately caught my attention and gave me some pep! She ran over and managed to get the door open and my experience inside was just as awesome! It turns out that the man and lady are the owners. They were both absolutely delightful! The coffee is so good, and if your drink is not exactly how you like it (even if you ordered it incorrectly) they will not hesitate to make you something you love! I’ve recently gone sugar free and they have a large variety of sugar free options. I have not had that many choices anywhere I have gone, and that’s been a lot of places since February when I found out. Their coffee and service are the best I have found, and I go everywhere from the FL panhandle to Dothan to South GA to Birmingham. They are consistently the best! I haven’t had bad coffee or service. If you give them a try, You will return!

Sugar free pumpkin spice cold brew was so good and they keep it year round! The watermelon cucumber refresher is also very good! The smoothies are amazing! Everything we have tried so far is excellent. The customer service and atmosphere is amazing. I highly recommend!

Personally, this coffee shop is the best one I’ve been to in Andalusia! It compares to many I’ve been to around dothan and enterprise as well. Their workers and community are very well trained and respectful. Props to the owners!!!

The sweetest folks run this adorable coffee counter! I love that it’s on the college campus, affordable, and open early! I’ve tried many of their amazing bagels and I’m a HUGE fan of the Chaga (mushroom coffee)!

Today I stopped after walking the trail and didn’t quite make it at 3 but didn’t check the time before entering. The individuals working gladly still made my drinks and did it with a smile and wonderful customer service. Our drinks were top notch and so was the service! This place has the BEST Coffee and smoothies Ever! Not only is everything Sooo Good, but the service is Five Star! The owners care about their customers which is so rare these days! Hands down the BEST Smoothie I’ve ever had! I also went back a second, third, fourth etc. time and had an iced mocha latte that was outstanding and the Revive Refresher is my absolute favorite. I also got the Blue Dog Bagel that was so large I could only eat half! The cream cheese was plentiful and the blueberry preserves on the blueberry bagel was spot on! I also had The Saint Bagel and that was deliciously creative. I also get a pastry (or two) to take home for later. The prices are so affordable, too! Not A lot of Bucks!

We were spontaneously in Andalusia, AL and this was the only coffee shop open past 2:00pm. The coffee shop is located inside a college campus but it is open to the public and it is extremely accessible. We met the owners who are also the workers and they treated us with the most friendly service I’ve experienced. They are a small business starting off strong though and have a lot of variety beside coffee . Please check out this coffee joint you will not be disappointed.
