Staff was terrible they throw utensils on the table ended at the floor. They did Purposely made us wait there more than 25 minutes, while we were only customers! We order crispy bacon she made sure they burned black as possible, while she was burning our bacon, sandwiches get cold . At the end we said you burned bacon we not going wait more we are leaving , whole team (!) Start laughing to show us how much they enjoyed stealing our time for nothing !! We will never ever stop there again Bear area waffle house workers you guys putting that place down . This happened 08/20/23 around 9 pm you can look up your camera. I paid my drink and left. The Waffle House has the best and most delicious Waffles than any place in the United States , East coast . Best place to have a really delicious breakfast. Waffles, grits, sides, coffee and friendly employees. Great place to have a delicious breakfast especially with your children. My sons loved the Waffle House restaurant while traveling by car to FL. They are also up in PA. I ha e not been to the Waffle Houses in the state of PA yet, but I do plan on going in the near future since there aren’t any Waffle House restaurants in the state of NJ. Wish they would open up here in Atlantic County, NJ. No one has had a delicious Waffle until they eat at the Waffle House ! Thankyou Waffle House . Located on the east coast of the US from PA to FL. This place has went from nice ghetto, I came in they tell me oh, we’re not gonna take out then I said at the counter, no one greeted me at the counter, nor took my order have 5 to 6 staff members behind the counter, and only two tables full with families. it was no reason for anyone not to greet me nor to take my order. I didn’t understand why they wasn’t taking takeout orders, but it seems like they’re making their own rules. I have to say customer service sucks.

Waffle house has a very courteous staff. This was an odd experience. The food was very good. The service was swift. The issue is for some reason, they weren’t allowed to give warm/hot water. They didn’t have any juices or beverages outside of water that came in a glass. So $3 for a $1 simply lemonade is odd. Also I was told the apple juice was only children’s juice boxes… The forks, knives, and spoons were on one sheet of miniature napkin.. almost entirely hanging off on to the table. The spacing in general was awkward because there were only 3 tables to sit at on one side, three booths around the other side of the bar, bar seating, and then a larger waiting area. I respect how they did it with such a small space but it was still very awkward. There was no bad experience just a few things out of my scope of expectation
