I want to take a moment to recognize Jaden at Chick-fil-A West Bryan for his outstanding professionalism and leadership. I had a small issue with my order, and the moment I brought it to his attention, he handled it immediately and without hesitation.
Jaden consistently demonstrates exceptional manager-level skills — calm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure customers are taken care of the right way. I come to this location often, and every single time I see Jaden, he goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that customers leave satisfied.
It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and represents the brand so well. If his leadership hasn’t already been noticed, it absolutely should be. Jaden is a huge asset to this Chick-fil-A location, and experiences like this are exactly why I continue to come back. Outstanding service all around!

Atmosphere:
Although it can be somewhat tricky to get parking during peak hours because of how the drive thru is set up, upon entering, you are welcomed with an open concept dining establishment and very clean at that.
Service:
Having all the registers being occupied, it made it easy for many to be accommodated. I had some questions about an item on the menu, and the cashier was extremely helpful to answer them. Upon receiving my food (Spicy Southwest Salad), I was asked if there was anything else as needed. Not too much longer, I was then asked if a refill was necessary, and once I finished my meal, the cashier asked if she could throw away my food for me. It’s not the kind of service I expect at a fast food restaurant, but it was definitely appreciated.
Quality:
This is the first time I ever got a salad at Chick-Fil-A, and the Spicy Southwest Salad did not disappoint. It had a really good flavor combination, and the portion for the spicy chicken was more than enough. The Avocado lime ranch dressing is something I’ve never tried and am safe to say it might be one of my favorites.

If I’m able to make it for breakfast, I always get the Egg White Grill.

I mean it’s chick-fil-a, so you know you’re getting good food. The employees here are all super friendly and the line moves quickly. They are very organized and diligent, always adding the correct amount of requested sauces and modifications. I love the spicy southwest salad, and no one can resist the frozen lemonade! I recommend using the app to order ahead and going through the mobile pickup lane.

Super delicious. Freshly cooked chicken and crisp fries. I ordered ahead and my order was exactly correct including coffee and condiments. Great place to stop by for lunch.
