Got a large onion ring and chicken strips tonight at sonic. Maybe I misread the menu and I get 1 (singular) large onion ring. If stack the chicken tenders and eat them at the same time I get a hint of chicken so that’s a plus. Mostly the lady working there Tanya was rude to my wife when asked about 1 onion ring her reply was “thats what you get”. On the plus side we were told that we could get a replacement “at a later date”.

I’ve been a regular customer at this place for some time, and lately, I’ve noticed a recurring issue. For the past week, during the last 1.5 hours before closing, the ice cream machine seems to be consistently out of order. This is quite disappointing, especially when I’ve been looking forward to a sweet treat during those late hours.

Pulled in around, there was no one here at all. Ordered, waited and waited and then food arrived aaaaaaand it was cold. Whomp whomp. Kids didn’t eat their cold burgers, fries were long dead and cold. All the lettuce was on the outside of the burger??? It takes a lot of effort to really screw this up, as a former Sonic employee.

We went inside to order,and stood there for quite a while before anyone took our order. Then paid with a gift card, I told him he gof card as only $10, he disappeared for quite a while before coming back so we could pay the balance.

Sonic is one of my favorites but food is greasy the shakes are the best I love the drink selection the burgers are great as far as fast food goes. The service here is great just a Lil slow for a sonic but still a 4 star fast food.

Service was decent enough. We had to wait a few extra minutes for my husband’s burger I wish they would have had us wait on fresh popcorn chicken as well. Not only could you tell that the fryer oil needed to be changed my chicken was OLD it was hard as a rock my dog didn’t even want to eat it. I should’ve went for the burger as well.

Large zero cherry limeade with a couple Xtra cherries. The ordertaker was so confused he had to come outside and ask what it was. I repeated several times……. I got look of confusion. He went back in and repeated order still wrong! Told them to just forget it!!!

The service was absolutely amazing! Lots of positive attitudes! The food was overcooked or cold. We ordered popcorn chicken and it was cold, chicken tenders were burnt and the tator tots tasted like they were about 2 hours old. The cherry limeades were amazing!!
