I come to this sonic occasionally, and every single time I do, the staff are always so genuinely nice and give such great service. I was having a bad day and decided to grab a Sprite Zero with peach and mango to settle my tummy. I’m 37 weeks pregnant with too much going on and flu season has me fighting for my life. Idk if they could sense it or what, but they gave me my drink for free. Made my whole day, and I will definitely be paying it forward. Thank you staff at the Gillette Sonic!!!

Ordered the sonic burger meal and fries. Fairly simple, fast food meal. The fries were WAY overcooked and so crunchy it was like I was eating corn nuts! I didn’t realize until I was already on the interstate headed home from watching volleyball. If that was fixed, then they’d get a better review from me. I’ll try again next time I’m in Gillette, but I’ll definitely be checking the items BEFORE I leave the store!

The employees here were awful, they wouldn’t even acknowledge i was there they were too busy chatting and texting on their phones. Once they did manage to take my order it took over 30 minutes for them to get it to me and the food was already cold and not made well. It looked like a 3 year old threw a cheeseburger against a wall and then they wrapped it up waited for it to get cold and then served it to me, the girl who handed it to me had such an attitude when I said thank you i got a “whatever” back dont go here go littlerally ANYWHERE else

Okay, so. After tonight’s experience at our local Sonic establishment, I just felt deeply in my soul that I NEEDED to write this review.
Our unsweetened iced tea was CRISP and our strawberry cheesecake shake was as if the tears of divinity itself were masterfully blended in.
Now, on to the peak of our experience. The pink haired girl working the drive thru window around 8pm EXCELLED in her customer service, she was friendly, funny, and still managed to hold a level of professionalism rarely seen in the good year of 2025.
In all seriousness, she was great! In even more seriousness, give her 50 raises and a promotion… stat!

So I’m a door dash driver and I parked in the mobile pickup, went inside and was greeted by the manager who informed me that those spots were for handicapped parking, well I suppose you better change your signage because as a mobile pickup person I’ll continue to park and pickup orders in those spots, now I do agree that handicapped parking is important that I’m not disputing but change your signs thanks

Got a large onion ring and chicken strips tonight at sonic. Maybe I misread the menu and I get 1 (singular) large onion ring. If stack the chicken tenders and eat them at the same time I get a hint of chicken so that’s a plus. Mostly the lady working there Tanya was rude to my wife when asked about 1 onion ring her reply was “thats what you get”. On the plus side we were told that we could get a replacement “at a later date”.

Ordered a green chili burger… it came out drenched it mustard. Never asked for mustard on my burger…. Tried to talk to them about the order and no one answered the front desk. WORST SERVICE EVER

Tried to add a drink when I got to the window and was told by Elizabeth they aren’t allowed to do that. I had to go in a circle all the way back through the drive through just to add a drink. There is a reason this business is never busy. And this is the chicken you get in a crispy chicken sandwich hard as a rock and paper thin……. won’t be back….
