Simple order. Cheeseburger with mustard, cut the onions and lettuce. 3 large French fries and large coke. First time they must have already have the mayo on it so they added a little mustard. This time burger was right but got 3 medium fries. I have to repeat the order at least two times everything and they still screw it up. Love the food, but somebody can’t understand the order.

I keep trying to give Sonic chances, but every time I go, something is missing or messed up. Or you’re waiting 30- 45 mins for your food they forgot to give you. I won’t be going back. They have already shown me they won’t get better. Would’ve let zero stars but that wasn’t an option. Don’t waste your money here.

The sonic employee that was taking my order was rushing and did not take the time let me make the changes that I wanted. After finally getting the order in it came out completely wrong. I spoke to a few different people at the store and everyone seemed to be poorly trained except the car hop who very helpful and made the order correct.

One of the male workers there kinda glares at us rudely … Drags his feet and mumbles when taking our orders …. This was 3 times already … He seems rude never has a smile , never offers us our receipt, last time we paid in cash he kept the 8 extra dollars that we needed back for our change. . .

I arrived at the Seminole sonic hoping for the crispy delicious reprieve a well executed batch of popcorn chicken reliably provides. Upon receiving my #8 combo I opened the bag to discover not only an anemic assortment of popcorn chicken, but, more importantly I had not received my large order of tater tots. Naturally, I pressed the big red button and waited patiently to fix what should have been a minor inconvenience. However, the voice over the intercom pseudo politely informed me that they had “forgot” to charge it as a combo and that this could be rectified by reordering and paying for a side of tots. I attempted to explain that the price on my receipt reflected the price of a large combo. A sonic associate then made his way to my vehicle and was unable to provide any coherent explanation for the overcharge and my totless predicament. The associate seemed to be put off by my bohemian appearance, seeming to not take my concerns as serious as one of their typical “straight edge” patrons.
