I had to come in to share as I feel it is important in our day for companies to know the employees they have representing them! With that being said, I stopped today and met Charles who not only took my order, but also delivered my order! When going to any establishment you simply do not always have people who care about your order, their attitude, and many other things.. it’s sad, but very true! Charles wasn’t annoyed that I wanted extra Reese’s on my blast.. when I said extra, extra, extra.. that’s what I saw appear on the screen. He had great energy, great customer service, and was so very respectful!!

I came here and had Kyria as my carhop, she is also the person who took my order. When we started to order, she cut us off before we were able to finish our order, so we had to hit the red button a second time so that another worker could finish our order. After we finished placing our entire order it was brought out to us but we were missing items and some items were made incorrectly as well. We then had to press the red button for a third time and Kyria was the person who answered again but this time we were greeted with a “what you want”.

We started ordering and Kyria asked if that was all we needed, we said no, but she stopped taking out order anyway. After clicking the button again someone else took our order. Kyria brought us our order and before we could tell her she forgot part of it and got something else wrong, she walked away. For the third time we pressed the button and she answered “What” and when we told her what was missing she groaned, said ok, and ended the conversation. Her attitude was terrible and her service was worse.

5/13/23. Placed an order for 1, 5 piece chicken tender meal, 1 rt 44,1 med cheddar peppers at exactly 5:08. Drove off at 5:28 because no food OR drinks were delivered. Since this establishment wants to waste 20 minutes of my life, I will now spend 20 minutes of it writing a letter to the BBB.

I always eat at sonic, but this particular visit really has me upset. So I ordered the new chop house burger, I asked them to place an extra piece of meat on both with two large orders of chili cheese tots extra chili. The person who took my order read it back as well as it was shown on screen. I felt no need to check it as I was in a rush to get back to the hospital to be with my son. So when I got back to the hospital and began to eat,. It took me a sec or two to realize that not only was my burger was not made right, but it was soggy, and my drink was watered down. I called to complain and explain that I couldn’t leave the hospital, they wanted me to bring that nasty stuff back before they could even give me a refund. I counted my losses and just said to never eat there again. On a brighter note, the carhop was great
