We go to this location all the time and has always been great. Today we went and ordered 2 route 44 Coke Zero’s. It took forever to get just 2 drinks. Then they tasted funny. Like they added cherry flavor. We could not even drink them.

We ordered a coke zero with a meal and they brought out a cup of carbonated water. We handed it back and waited 10 minutes and nothing. Finally we buzzed in and they said they were changing out the syrup. Another 10 minutes we buzz in again and asked if we could get something else. Settled for a deit dr pepper. These folks could care less about their customers. Never explained what was going on or offered an alternative.

Normally the best one to go only one I go to in in sulphur never had a problem. This time however I ordered 2 drinks waited 15 minutes ordered again waited another 15 and finally had to leave to get to work called 3 times no one answered also while I was I was there I saw 2 car hops casually walking a couple of times so you can’t tell me they were just swamped
