My burger was inedible due to the fact that there was several globs of mayo put on it. The mayo was literally oozing out of my burger. I get mistakes being made but I had to wait 20 minutes for my food just for me to not even be able to eat it.

Ordered a medium shake, 20 mins last never came. Called to see what was taking so long no answer but someone came outside said it would be 3 mins because she messed up. She even was kidney smirking giggling. I Said ok. 10 more mins past so I get out my car to go inside to see what’s the hold up and just get a refund. When I walked in the girl was playing with an empty cup and doing nothing with 3 other shakes there mind you no other cars was there but me. I asked which one was mine she said they were all messed up looked like they were bringing them home for they self and made me wait on purpose for some weird reason. Asked for manager and the guy said he was the manager at 02/17 11:45 night shift. Went to a different location and waited only 3 mins for my shake. Mind you it’s right before closing so both were empty.

Food just gets worse at sonic. The wrap was disgusting and looked like my 9 yr old son made it himself. It not only looked horrible but tasted even worse. Had to throw away. The slush was decent but with the high prices were being gagged on sonic should atleast make a decent wrap that looks similar to how they advertise it. Horrible just stay on desert not food and fix your online site its been months it never works..just poor service all around other then the hot girl served me which was very nice and understood my issue. Don’t want a refund just want you as a company to fix the issues that lay within your company so nobody else gets ripped off like I did in the future. Simple fix really

Second time I have noticed this happen at this sonic. They clear the screen and say it’s “on the way” but you are still sitting here waiting. They scan out so they don’t get docked on time for taking too long. Then on top of that the carhop Leslie let me know I could put in a review with her name so she could win a gift card. Really need to get it together management.

Incase you didn’t know, the bacon egg and cheese breakfast toaster comes with 3 half pieces of bacon (1 & 1/2 pieces of bacon). Don’t waste your money. You’re literally buying Texas toast and that’s all you’re going to taste.

Windshield busted bye landscaping crew. First I thought it would be handled properly. Now the landscape wants to press the issue. And tell
Me he can’t believe he’s crew did it. I have a whiteness called a on duty manager to deal with it the manager came out and seen the kid with blower try to blow a Bird away with his leaf blower even stating wow that’s very in professional. So I did go to my lawyer. He did say he’s price it being a law firm well he’s fees start at $750 and then we talked my time and damages… you’d think the landscaper would have tried to be a little more on the side of More willing to replace the windshield As He Said He would do… instead of denying responsibility. If any one else has had this landscaping crew do this to you… Please Call In let them know!!! It was at 4-5 pm very busy time. Ridiculous time to Mow Grass with now shield or guards on there equipment

Soft pretzel twist, on the $1.99 menu by the way, shows an item of cheese sauce that comes with the pretzel twist, but when you add the item it’s $2.19 before tax. I can deal wlth that! It’s only 20¢ extra! But when the item doesn’t come with the cheese sauce. you ask the carhop.. who’s fault this isn’t, by the way, where’s the cheese sauce that is clearly shown on the picture of a $1.99 advertised item that ACTUALLY costs $2.19 before taxes, and “oh the pretzel twists don’t come with cheese sauce you have to pay an extra $0.89 for cheese sauce.” So let me get this straight, a pretzel twist advertised for $1.99 ACTUALLY costs $2.19 AND doesn’t come with the sauce pictured right next to it in every image the pretzel twist is EVER shown in? That’s completely unacceptable. I know it seems petty to say this but I contend that this entire location should be SHUT DOWN for the manager trying to skim off the top and steal customers money. I’ve reported this to headquarters and they’ve refused to give me any confirmation they’ll register my complaint so now I’m forced to post here hoping someone sees it.
