I think this was the quickest I had ever gotten thru their drive-thru…I was only one in line, placed order, drove around to window and handed off my debit card; he swiped my card then turned to give me my card and receipt back, then had my milkshake in hand and by the time I put it in cupholder and turned back to window he had my bag of food (1 French dip sub, 1 Ruben sandwich and 1 order fries) ready to go. In total I don’t believe I was there 5 mins. Good food and good, fast service. Excellent job!

I don’t get Arby’s often. When I do visit the location on memorial drive in Murfreesboro, the food never comes out as order, fries are room temp . Last time I visited few months back they had no Arby’s sauce packets !!! Who runs an establishment like Arby’s and overlooks such an important condiment ! I will be sending complaints to corporate . I would like to know if upper management is aware of the lack of detail being served out of this establishment .

I wasn’t a huge fan of their brisket and cheddar sandwich, but they’re nuggets and chicken sandwiches are great. I don’t like BBQ sauce but there’s is amazing and I will always choose it or their honey mustard. Their mozzarella sticks are great too and they actually have marinara sauce and not ketchup.

Paid $9.10 for roast beef and Swiss on hoagie bun and small curly fry. It was horrible ! Got home , roast beef looked like it was from yesterday, hardly any swiss on it, just a few curly fries. Asked for Arby’s sauce NONE! And this was at 11:00 a.m. Wasted almost $10 cause I ended up throwing it away that’s how bad it was. Horrible food and horrible service! Will not be going back

You do not have the meats. No wagyu burger no Ruben. We were told oh really had was roast beef and the last times we had that it was not good. This is not an isolated experience we miss play, the cakes and the loaded curly fries. We ended up not getting here due to limited selection

The new Wagyu burger was delicious! Jalapeno bites were so good! Curly fries always a 10! Solid 10/10 it’s been so long since I’ve ate at Arby’s I’m glad we chose it for dinner tonight! This location is so sweet and so fast! Of course obviously the classic beef N cheddar was amazing!! The cheddar was definitely cheddaring tonight thank you to the employees at the Memorial location for delivering such excellent service!

This place is horrible. I’m literally sitting in line waiting for a DoorDash order it’s 9:55 a.m. The place was supposed to open at 9:30 they tell me it’s going to be 5 minutes for chicken so I have to wait. There’s not even any chicken on this order. It’s ridiculous The lady that came to the window had to be a young girl in her early 20s maybe late teens she had a stare on her like she didn’t want to be there her demeanor was awful. If I wasn’t getting paid good money for this order I would have left a long time ago. I always have problems with this location it is an absolute nightmare.

So i was patiently waiting at the drive up window because they said they would get back to me soon. While I was waiting there was a wasp that kept swarming around my car. I also had my child buckled in there car seat. I heard them come on the speaker and ask for my order but i couldnt roll the window down to order. I kept waiting but the wasp wouldnt go away from my window. I figured it wouldnt be a big deal if i pulled ahead and ordered at the window. One car was in front of me. I got to window and told the guy what happened and asked if i could order at the window. The guy gave me a ton of attitude and said “no one else had a problem”. Im quite sure chick fil would have been understanding and had no problem taking my order at the window. Very rude but what do u expect with the quality of people they hire. Back to chick fil a next time.
