First & last time getting pizza from here. Took my pizza I ordered to go back in to let them know they didn’t put pepperoni on the whole pizza as my online order had stated and they seemed annoyed to have to remake it. No type of sorry or way of making up for it. Then to no surprise from their attitudes I was given a pizza with pretty much zero pepperoni across the whole pizza, thirty bucks for one pizza you’d think it would have something on there yea it tasted as awful as it looked as well y’all. Super dry, no flavor and of course no pepperoni.

Everything was very cool and the guys from the service, and the institution itself, everything is very nice, but it was very hot outside – 109 °, and the air conditioner obviously could not cope, but I think this is an exception, everything is at a decent level, clean, beautiful

When I crave pizza I crave Gambino’s! On my way back from Wichita, my son and I were elated to find this Gambino’s in Emporia. Not only was the pizza buffet and the salad bar well stocked and great tasting, the manager and the staff were phenomenal. They authentically cared and checked on us several times AND THE PLACE was packed! They all had a great smile and a great care attitude. The manager or supervisor (attractive, mid-age woman) was genuinely nice and even asked about our experience. A+

I came in to your restaurant on 11-8-2022 at one clock and waited at the counter for over 5 mins no one came out of the back and just left because no one was there to great me or for me to place a order there was three people eating at the time and one person sitting in the both in the back I wouldn’t recommend this place because of lack service. I pretty much wasted my lunch break felling rushed to find a new location to eat I’m out of town and don’t know the area at all.
