Ordered two burritos with meat, cheese, lettuce and sour cream only. When they read the order back over the intercom they got the order wrong. Then I talked to both the lady and the man and made sure they wouldn’t add the tomatoes or potato oles to the burritos. Thought they had it right but then drove off and there was tomatoes and potato oles on the burritos. They got it wrong both times I corrected them (at the intercom and the window talking with them face to face). I was upset and didn’t want to go back so I immediately went to the Taco Johns on Locust and made the same order as last time and specified NO Tomato! He told us the burrito doesn’t come with tomato so I don’t know why the Taco Johns on 2nd Street would put tomatoes on the burritos.

Ordered 2 burritos without sour cream and yet again, both burritos had sour cream in them. The kitchen staff focus on their own idle time conversations and nothing else. Not the first time this has happened here. I will not return. I suggest you find somewhere else to eat too.

The taco was delicious. And cheap because it was Taco tuesday. The only thing I was concerned about is that they have gloves on and they leave them on everywhere they go in the store. Like they touch the cash register and leave them on they deliver food and leave them on. And so I’m hoping I don’t get food poisoning. Because I don’t know if those were clean gloves they had on when they put the lettuce and cheese on my taco. Just the truth people. Signed your local Health Department.

It took more than 20 minutes to place and receive my order in the drive thru. I was not happy about waiting that long, once I got to the window though, I realized that there seemed to only be two young gentlemen working and they were doing everything is quickly as possible. The one plus was, for the first time going to that Taco John’s, my food was actually made correct. So long wait but good food.

I went there a few days ago around 1pm and I ordered a steak street taco trip small Ole and a small mountain dew. The drive through guy was nice. He did mix up a my food with the lady before me. I understand that happens as I worked fast food before. But the old lady that was cooking g kept calling him a jackass as I could hear it with the window closed. I will try this tjs again but I won’t hesitate to go inside and give her a nice talking to if something isn’t done about her attitude. There was no reason to call him that.

We came through the drive thru around 9pm. Eric helped us with everything we needed plus this man went above and beyond to make sure our order was precise. Plus he put extra lettuce and cheese with our order just to make sure it was all right. Eric has been there for a few years and he knows what service is. I’m telling you right now. If your in that time frame when that man is working……, Enjoy!! Now my friends work there. And they are constantly asking hey guys do want some tacos.. So friendly. Go get some!!!!

This was probably worst taco john we ever been to, the drive through girl had a bad attitude. We had a coupon for $2 off, handed it to her, she returned it not saying anything and charged full price and close the window really fast. We were waiting for a receipt ,then she opened the window and pointed us to go forward, so we never got a receipt. And the potato meat taco has full of lettuce and sour cream, not much meat or potato. Sure hope these stores can do better training the employees.

Store is always clean and seem’s to be in smooth operation. The night manager makes sure that the customer doesn’t leave without having and getting the right food as fast as possible. Had to go back before when I unfortunately didn’t get my food that I paid for. They handled the problem made it right and even got some complimentary food as well! Will continue to eat there as I’ve never be disappointed.
