My wife and I thought to try the new Sonic recently and were pretty disappointed. It took about 10 minutes from ordering to getting our food, which I thought was good given the amount of cars in the drive thru and pull in spots around the location.

We arrived on a busy Saturday night and still received fast service. Food and drinks came out in about five minutes after ordering. Chili cheese coney was tasty. Drinks were great, as always.

First I wasted 15 minutes of my morning trying to explain that they were charging me to much. I finally gave up when the manager wasn’t any smarter than the cashier. I took my overpriced breakfast burrito meal, and left. I got about 10 miles down the road, and 2 bites into my burrito. When I realized there was no meat in this burrito.

We were super excited to have a Sonic in the area and our first couple visits were great. In the past couple weeks we’ve had some more issues. First, I ordered one drink, after five minutes got a notification that someone was headed my way with it, then waited another 20 minutes. Yesterday we decided to stop by on our way to another engagement, and gave ourselves plenty of time. We ordered 3 drinks, got a notification that our person was on their way, then waited another 35 minutes. We made the decision to leave despite having paid , since we’d be late, so I called and got them to cancel our transaction. Tonight my drink was only 3/4 full when we got it. Wish they were more consistent, and only said someone was on their way if that was truly the case!

I gave this an all around 4 star. Went for the first time yesterday. Ordering went smoothly. Took our food about 20 mins to get to us, when it arrived we were missing a kids drink however it was fulfilled in a timely manner. I even asked for an ice water after ordering and they young lady returned very fast. I would gladly go back again. Besides, who doesn’t like the Sonic Ice!!! 😉

This location has been open about a month. They are consistently slow bringing food out whether you park or go through the drive thru. Today I ordered ahead on the mobile app and waited over twenty minutes for food. When I hit the buzzer I was first told they didn’t have my order and then they realized they forgot to bring it out when I originally checked in so I then had to wait for them to remake it. The food is good but the service here leaves much to be desired.

The food was really good, honestly the onion rings could have used a little bit more time in the fryer. I was excited to see at least one person on roller skates, brought back the nostalgic 90’s Sonic for me. Can’t wait to try again when the newness calms down, I believe my younger cashier was a little overwhelmed and snippy. Overall decent start. I would liked to have seen touch screen ordering, I think it would be a great upgrade to the digital menu already in place.

Drove 25 mins to try out sonic, ordered food a foot long combo, a chilli cheese dog combo & a kids corn dog combo. Waited about 15-20 mins for food, received said food and drinks, with no condiments or straws for drinks. one of the drinks was half full, asked the employee for straws and condiments, waited another 15 minutes as she went back and forth to other cars so we pushed the button and was met with rude customer service, another young lady brought our straws finally but still no condiments she then dug and found 3 ketchup packets. Which we were still unsatisfied with I mean there was only enough for one of us to use, and by the time we waited food was cold, we were going to place another order to take home but we decided not to. Probably won’t be back, it’s just not worth it.
