When they brought me my order they forgot my son’s plain footlong..so I told the young lady it was missing. She took it back and returned with a footlong with chili and cheese. Of course, I sent it back, and after about a 20 minute wait the manager ( heavy set short white woman) I am descriptive because I didn’t get her name..comes out and brings me a footlong and a drink coupon for the long wait. I drive all the way home to realize that they purposely given me a burnt hot dog. I went back up there and took all the food back, and asked her “who would eat this?” I told her I wanted my money back and my $5 cash tip. I would NEVER eat here again…you shouldn’t either.

Absolutely the worst Sonic EVER!! You order something based on the adverse picture and they bring out totally different but when you ask them to fix it, they say “thats not how we serve it here”. Incredibly rude teenagers, slow service (thanks for the melted ice cream you waited 15 mins to get out to me). And how bad it is at this location is the k my consistent thing about them.

Long story short, I placed a $65 order thru the app, picked up and realized I was missing a burger the Hispanic male worker and the manager thought I was lying because the manager was SURE he packed everything! RIDICULOUS! I guess they expected for me to agree with them and loose $11 just because the manager was soooo Sure they packed everything in my order. HORRIBLE experience. Waste of time! Somebody went home happy with an extra free burger and I pretty much got accused of lying! I just wanted to rest and have an easy dinner for my family. Hopefully my review helps so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

We did a mobile order a little after 8 and the employees didn’t even show up until 8:30 we had to wait for our food for an hour. They said if they refunded it it would take 5-10 business days. The last time they refunded us we never received the refund. This store is the worst of the worst. This store is poorly managed.Do no recommend unless you want to wait over an hour for you food and then they still forget items.

came on halloween for corndog deal. tried to check in with app and it didn’t work so i called two times and they said i was checked in by then. 30 more minutes go by of me just waiting while every single person who came here after me gets their food. actually ridiculous and i’ve been sitting here for 40+ minutes for 6 corndogs and two drinks. employees are also very rude. sorry you had to work on halloween doesn’t mean you should take almost an hour for some food and two drinks to come out. placed the order at 4:19PM and it is 5:06PM i am still waiting here. this is horrible service!!

Went to get half priced shakes and they didn’t label any of em didn’t fill them fully just fell really cheated all of my shakes ended up being chocolate when we ordered one chocolate one hot fudge and one Carmel. You can see that the Charries were put on it but they were not there when we received it

the food is amazing and my mobile orders are always ready for me. the drinks almost always have the perfect ratios when i get cream and vanilla, other sonics can be wildly inconsistent.

It’s about 10 at night and when I order food late, I always ask for it fresh so that I know I’m not getting left overs that have been in a drawer all day.
I get a grilled cheese and ask to add fresh bacon. The cook decided to throw bacon that I can tell has been sitting on the cold part of the grill for hours, tossed some water on it, barely heated it up and then threw it on two barely toasted pieces of bread.
I understand getting lazy when it’s getting closer to close, but when someone specifically asks for fresh meat, you give them fresh meat.

I was passing thru town, and I’ve been to this sonic before. It was pretty good, so I stopped by again. This time… they had excellent customer service, the wait time was great.. the food was fresh, and it just seemed alot more better than before. You can tell the management is doing an excellent job!!
