Big boss man kept asking if we needed anything. Thanks. Also thanks for letting the employee know how important he is. He kept going as cars came and gone. Ocean water tasted like water with blue dye. Grape sprite was so so. Kids liked their food and drinks. My taste may be off.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I sat there for 30-45 minutes red button activated waiting yet never got my order taken. Went to 2 different stalls and still nothing. Tried to call multiple times with no answer. Definitely not how you run a business.

Wrong food, Rude and Incredibly Slow. Ordered on the app condiments wrong I double checked and still waited forever even after screen said someone was on there way with our food.. Not the first screwed up visit. I sure hope corporate contacts me back.

Took nearly 30 min to get my food. Ordering system was malfunctioning, according to whomever took my order. Place was out of buns….BUNS…at a burger joint. To make it worse, I was late to my daughter’s school for her birthday lunch. I don’t blame the car hop, nor the girl who took my order….this place has been mismanaged for YEARS. I’ll drive past it to go to Wylie or Rockwall. Today was the last day. I never write bad reviews…but with limited options in Lavon…this place needs am overhaul.

Guy named jake with the glasses and kinda bald on the top of his head is extremely snobby. First experience with him like a week ago, my boyfriend and I ignored his rude tone with us. The second time I came to get drinks with my dad, we kindly explained it wouldn’t let us pay so he took our card with attitude and walked away to pay inside. We sat outside for about 5 minutes. He didn’t charge his card. So my dad pressed the button wanting his debit card back! They said he would be right out. As he is walking outside he pulls my dads debit card out of his pocket, puts it back in his pocket and proceeded to walk back inside? Then he walks back outside to hand my dad his card and my dad patiently said “thank you” and jake just walked off with a face and was silent the entire time. It’s really his entire attitude. I don’t understand what his problem is, but I won’t be coming here again. Now my dad has to make sure his card wasn’t messed with.

There’s a guy with glasses up there who rubs me the wrong way every time. It’s probably about 3 times I’ve had this dude and he was moody all 3 times (Ive been polite with every visit too) I don’t go at this location anymore specifically because of that dude. He just seems like he hates his job.

I ordered Buffalo sauced jumbo popcorn chicken and got this bowl full of Buffalo sauce no chicken nuggets to be seen I had to throw out all the buffalo sauce and try to clean up the chicken pieces and clean the container because it was really full of sauce it looked like soup and now chicken nuggets are more flour than chicken and I had to pay more than 20 dollars, throw my money in the trash I took a picture of the container when I cleaned it but everything was full of sauce
