El Charro is amazing. My wife and I just got married in Sevierville this past weekend and we wanted to serve our guests some delicious Mexican food, and we had heard great things about this place. And boy let me tell you, El Charro exceeded our expectations!
Mr. Juan (whom I cannot thank enough) came through and delivered, literally and figuratively. He was so nice, friendly, professional, and detail oriented, and made the whole catering process so easy and seamless as possible. He made sure we had everything we needed, and also helped us decide the most convenient meal delivery options available.
As for the food itself, El Charro has the BEST and most DELICIOUS Mexican food we had ever had in our lives, and I mean that. I swear, everyone was raving about it and kept asking where we catered it from!

Very friendly staff
Plenty of TV to watch sports on.
My husband gave it 9/10 cause they didn’t have his beer. Which is Yuengling.
I gave it 10/10 cause chicken fajitas had the best seasoning and it was the perfect food temperature and it’s just tasted amazing.
We will definitely be going back.

Great food at amazing price. Service and drinks wonderful. We were served by the big moustache! It is a big open room and they need some booths ir to subdivide it.

The thing I can say is this is a terrible restaurant. Their food doesn’t even taste. Good in the least bit. They are very controlling and rude. When you ask for service they act link you are doing bad in their terms.
