I love sonic and will go get a twisted flamingo here and there which is not on the menu so i get a cherry limeade and add sweet cream its amazing. However, they tend to always leave out the sweet cream, most of the time I just leave it alone and drive away cause mistakes happen and i dont mind a regular cherry limeade, this time i went back through the drive thru asked for a small cup of sweet cream for two RT44 drinks and i get half of like a kids cup to spilt between two drinks. Didnt want to sound like I was complaining about it so i just drove away. Just be mindful of what customers are ordering since this has been a consistent issue with my order:(

Very easy access and egress. Clean location and fast service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dbl bacon cheese burger was a little off on taste. Not sure it was the meat or the mayo. Fries were small pieces not full length. Will return as im sure it was a fluke on the hamburger.

Cold food no utensils didn’t give condiments. Almost no chili and cheese on hotdogs. And chili cheese fries had no cheese and abou0.2 % chili and again no utensils. WORST sonic ever. you all should be fired. The manager is not doing their job at all …. shame

The person could hardly understand what we were ordering due to the microphone. The forgot some of our order. Hamburgers seemed like they were school cafeteria frozen patties. They were so hot the cheese had almost vaporized and the bun had become part of the burger. The fries were cold. The mozzarella cheese sticks had an almost bread-like internal texture. Not trying to be a Karen but Sonic used to have tasty food (for what it is) and was a cool place to hit every now and then. My whole family left disappointed. A little attention to quality will go a long way. Good luck.

Seriously, it’s Sonic…. You know what you’re getting when you come. This review is location specific and informational for managment. When you place the musics speaker for outside directly above the order screen and point it at the driver window, you’re going to end up with employees saying “sorry, I’m having trouble hearing you”, or “can you repeat that please”, or my favorite…. “Huh?”

Horrible Service. I attempted to pick up DoorDash from this location. The lady told me that they didn’t have the order yet because the pick up time was in another 1 minute(not accurate, that’s not how it works). I then sat outside for 15 minutes in 20 degree weather waiting. Everyone was inside ignoring me. Only for her to come back 15 minutes later to say they still didn’t have the order. I told her she should’ve told me that they didn’t have it sooner, so I could’ve place the order myself or at least avoided standing out in the cold waiting. And she replied with an attitude, “I don’t have to do anything.” No apology, what so ever. No care in the world for her clients or customers. The entire time I was there, they had maybe 5 total customers in about 30 minutes. This location must not want to keep business. It wouldn’t have been hard at all for her to take the order from my DoorDash issued credit card and make the franchise a little more money.
This happened on 1/21/26 at 10:44 and 11:02PM outside the North door by the picnic tables. I wish I would’ve gotten the ladies name so the local operator would have a reference of which of their employees this was.

It feels weird to review fast food, but Sonic is at least a bit of an outlier in the space.
This place has a unique vibe. It’s out in the open air yet feels like you’ve entered a sort of bubble, and being in the drive-in lane waiting on my drinks to arrive feels like the natural place to hang out in the car with friends.
The food is great and they’ve got breakfast all day, which is a homerun anywhere. The drinks are often the spotlight, and my only real complaint with Sonic is that they’re too far from me to go more often.

Can’t make an order correct for their life. Soda is just carbonated water with no flavor. Constantly leave sauces out of order that they charge you for. Garbage each of the 3 times I’ve given it a chance.
