A friend and I pulled up at 11:18 to stall 13, pressed the button and nothing. Two cars proceed to pull in after me and their orders were taken so I assumed the speaker I was at was broken. So we pulled into another and the screen was black so obviously that wasn’t working. We then proceed to pull into another stall and press the button the the screen was frozen so again assumed it was broken so we pulled into stall 23. By this time it was 11:35. We press the button and proceeded to wait. Cars were pulling in and out and everyone was getting their order taken but us. We sat there until 11:49 before I decided to walk to to the door to see what the problem was and why we haven’t been serviced. The young man that was running cars out told me that they closed for tonight and that they weren’t taking anymore orders. I explained I was there before closing time and that we didn’t get our order taken but he just brushed me off like it wasn’t his problem. All we wanted was two drinks and we wait half an hour for nothing.

I went to Sonic tonight to get some food and had a craving for one of their blasts. I ordered a medium Oreo Blast and specifically asked for light Oreos in my blast. Needless to say they failed as usual. First of all the price that I paid for this treat, you would think they would at least fill the cup up. Not only did they not give me what I asked for, when my order was brought to me.

May 13th 2023, 3:09pm worker gives excessive attitude when trying to order. We try to be patient and understanding when the female worker lies and says “the shake machine is broken” as we watch thru the window them making 4 shakes for another customer. Attitude alone is problematic but LYING to a customer for no real reason besides being lazy and hateful (then quit your job rather then be a little pos) is NOT ok.

As usual, Sonic can be counted on for slow service and rude voices through the order speaker. The food was ok at least. I brought my daughter because she won a coupon for a free corn dog. I won’t be back anytime soon. I had some popcorn chicken and cheese sticks and it was passable. They were out of ice cream and onion rings though, sorry cravings.

Food wasn’t bad & they’re slow as always. I’m giving it a two star because I asked for a banana chocolate milkshake and you couldn’t even taste either. Tried calling them a couple of times to see if I could come back and get a new one, no one answered. I would’ve stayed and got a new one, but I had to be back at work soon. I stirred my milkshake a couple of times and you could still see vanilla popping out in most of the shake. ♀️

I ordered the 3-piece chicken tender box and my tenders came out burnt. I informed the employees and they told me that they are going to keep coming out like that. I asked for a refund and I had to call a 1-866 number just to be denied. I refuse to get sick by eating ill prepared food. There was no apology or empathy for this situation.

I’m an Uber driver and I used to hate going to Sonic when the location was on Carter Hill Road because the workers would tell a lie that your order was already picked up and get the food themselves. Well, it seems like that practice has made its way to Atlanta Highway location, because it happened to me last night.
