We eat here regularly because the food is always delicious. Today, we especially noticed that the management has made some changes. It seems they’re now taking more time to keep the place clean and tidy. This makes the experience even more pleasant, in addition to the excellent service we received.

For some reason at 5:30 pm they’re only taking online orders? They locked the front door and won’t even give people the courtesy of telling them to walk around to the side door, me and my husband had to ask if it was supposed to be locked and we had to tell the woman to go around to the side. This location doesn’t even close until 11pm!!!!! We also weren’t allowed to eat in the Chipotle. What?? Such poor service, the food was good though.

I watched in horror as the cashier handled money and then went straight to prepping orders without washing or changing gloves. I left so fast it should’ve broken the sound barrier. Absolutely nasty—don’t eat here unless you enjoy taking risks with your health.

Ordered on app, which I’ll never do again. Because you need to make sure these people actually give you SCOOPS of food ♂️ …I paid for double meat with 2 meals, and got home to open bowl to see 1/3 of it NOT FILLED! I asked for DOUBLE chicken! Barely even ONE serving. ♂️

Haven’t been to chipotle in literally about a year due to my last time being there being a poor experience as well.
Rice is half cooked half uncooked causing me to bite down on quite a few hard piece of rice and taste as if someone poured a full pound of salt into the rice. Smh only decent thing about my meat was my daughter’s quesadilla and the chips we got.

Maybe I just got lucky but I order chipotle often from all different locations and one common thing is that when I order for delivery they forget stuff or it’s freezing etc. just unpleasant. I ordered from this one for delivery and they literally not only followed my instructions and remembered every personalization but my bowl was WARM even with the cold toppings and packed flawlessly without leaking. I’m so impressed and pleased.

I haven’t visited this particular Chipotle in quite sometime. Given the lack of taste in the food, the portions and most importantly the attitude of the staff. My experience on 9/1/25 was surprisingly different. Essence greeted me with a warm smile. My request to sample the sofritas (bc normally it’s disgusting) and extra rice wasn’t meant with an attitude. The quality of the food was also a plus TODAY. The stars given in this review is based solely on the service I received from Essence tonight.

Sad that they wouldn’t start the veterans promotion earlier as by 4 it’s already dark and my elderly grandfather who served for YOUR country has a hard time after dark. Will not be coming back. Do better for those who served for your country and safety.

every single freaking time i order online it’s messed up. today was the first time my orders been right but to my surprise there’s quac dripping out the side and a hair stuck in it. i have given this place so many chances. will not be ordering again. on top of that it was $30 for one bowl. absolutely disgusting
