I ordered the pretzel smasher burger, the onion rings and drink. They were out of pretzel bun and tangy sauce so they gave me a regular bun and their regular sauce. Food was perfectly cooked, hot and the onion rings were crispy. Food was hot. I would order food at this sonic again

The bacon cheeseburger had 1 pc of bacon on it, dry (no condiments) and like it was thrown from across the room and then delivered it to us. Tried calling the number on the receipt and the number was disconnected.

As usual, Sonic can be counted on for slow service and rude voices through the order speaker. The food was ok at least. I brought my daughter because she won a coupon for a free corn dog. I won’t be back anytime soon. I had some popcorn chicken and cheese sticks and it was passable. They were out of ice cream and onion rings though, sorry cravings.

Visited last night for a quick snack. The pretzel and mozzarella sticks were hot and fresh. My slushie was awesome too. The young lady who brought me my items, was very polite and made sure we had what we needed.

Waited for over 30 minutes and never got my order. Pushed the red button and he said they had my order, but still nothing 10 minutes later. The workers were sitting inside on their phones and another was outside with a group of young boys. Tried to get a refund but no one would answer my call. Worst experience ever! The girl pictured was the only one “working” but yet apparently didnt have time to make my food item.

I ordered the 3-piece chicken tender box and my tenders came out burnt. I informed the employees and they told me that they are going to keep coming out like that. I asked for a refund and I had to call a 1-866 number just to be denied. I refuse to get sick by eating ill prepared food. There was no apology or empathy for this situation.

I went to Sonic tonight to get some food and had a craving for one of their blasts. I ordered a medium Oreo Blast and specifically asked for light Oreos in my blast. Needless to say they failed as usual. First of all the price that I paid for this treat, you would think they would at least fill the cup up. Not only did they not give me what I asked for, when my order was brought to me.
, I noticed that my blast was not filled up. Whomever made the oreo blast did not take the time out to mix the oreos into the ice cream. I am super disappointed in this place. So anyone that is considering to visit this place, please be aware that the your order m may not come out to you correctly.

Food wasn’t bad & they’re slow as always. I’m giving it a two star because I asked for a banana chocolate milkshake and you couldn’t even taste either. Tried calling them a couple of times to see if I could come back and get a new one, no one answered. I would’ve stayed and got a new one, but I had to be back at work soon. I stirred my milkshake a couple of times and you could still see vanilla popping out in most of the shake. ♀️
