Bad experience. Ordered to dine in and received our order in a sack. One breakfast sandwich was ok but the second sandwich ordered was just a sausage biscuit and came as sausage, egg and cheese. Took it back up to the counter for a replacement and was told they were out of sausage. No apology. Acted like they didn’t care. We were the only customers at this location so no excuses. Also, ordered and paid for a large coffee and got a medium. Won’t be going back to that location. No wonder they had no customers.

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s ok and other times it’s awful. Today was awful. Ordered a dozen assorted donuts and two coffees. One coffee was cold and I asked the employee to warm it up and he said they don’t have microwaves and stared at me. Told him to keep it and refund me. Get to work and my assorted donuts are all the same except for 1. Now assorted to me means mixed, variety. They suck today.

I visit frequently here, and normally don’t have a lot of problems. But today there was a long strand of hair that I pulled out of my sandwich. That’s gross on a normal basis, and even worse during a pandemic. Please do better.

We were in the process of starting a long road trip with 2 kids and a lady named Lucky (I think) helped us. She was such a sweet person and knew the products well. She gave us great suggestions for the kids and put their Tim bits in separate boxes so they didn’t have to share. It’s the little things, but to us those are big things. Thank you Ms Lucky. We appreciate what a great job you’re doing! The food was so-so, but Lucky made our morning!
