i tried to call this morning but no answer. I came there this morning for 2 orders of the egg white and spinach omelettes. The person who gave me my order tried to give me just the box I had to ask for a bag which I shouldn’t have to do. Once I got to work I opened my box to burnt eggs. Hopefully no one else has this experience

The foods not good no matter how many times you go. The manager is terrible with customer service turning me away telling me drive thru only to purchase a hot chocolate with some timbits and watching their entire business parking lot be blocked from a car unable to drive through the drive thru with all the snow and ice untreated.

This location is trash! They CONSTANTLY mess up our order and we order the same thing every single time! This time, there wasn’t no one else in drive through besides me, so ya weren’t busy! Y’all must like giving away free food because I WILL complain every single time. Ain’t no way I’m spending nearly $30 for some BS! From now on, I’ll drive to canal . It’s a shame! Always get coffee, donut and bagel. Lately, they’ve cut back on cream cheese. I kept going thinking it was just a fluke. Today was my last visit, I give up. They reduced the amount of cream cheese so much, half the bagel is plain. They also stopped carrying my favorite donuts. Not worth going anymore.

Line was wrapped. Wanted a burrito just to come to find out they were out of lettuce, I can deal with that, told them “no tomatoes”. Got 3/4th through the wrap just for a huge chunk of tomato to be in it. How do you mess that up? Not to mention the coke was watered down.

So had a wonderful experience wait a little longer so I’m gonna take my order but it was OK. They made my food good and all that the lady that took my order was very nice and my drink was amazing after I had a bad experience at McDonald’s I just rather come to Tim Hortons. my drink is 100 out of 100. Lot of good Offers (discounts!) on a lot of items. It makes a difference
11/03/2025. This store has come a long way compared to a few years ago. The current crew does a great job filling orders, quickly and with accuracy. Big improvement. Good management seems to be a big factor in the improvements taking place. Keep going!!!

Can’t believe I got up and drove over for “warm” coffee. It should have not been warm with just one cream added
I like the crew. Overall they’re pretty good getting items out and seem to communicate well between themselves.
This doesn’t happen often (warm coffee), but is surely unwelcome.
Products sold at TH are good and better than most other businesses near by. A little more attention to detail and consistency will keep customers coming.
Note: Tim Hortons k-cup coffee at Kroger cost the same as other brands, but have 12 k-cups in the box as opposed to the 10 offered by others. Does not taste the same as coffee at the shop, but it’s pretty good.
