This is my first visit to this location, and if every experience is like this one, I will definitely be back. I must say that the manager, I think her name was Shonte, was great. She stood and waited for me and held the door and greeted me with the most welcoming smile. I didn’t have to wait long for my order to be taken. The atmosphere was a happy one, and the restaurant was clean. My food was good and the price was reasonable. Thank you, young lady, for your great customer service.

Whenever I see this place in midday I try to stop. Cuz I don’t live in North Carolina. There wasn’t much of a line this time,Oh so happy for that. But I did wait a ridiculous amount of time for their new pepper, sausage and cheese sandwich.. and I will wait again cuz that was bussing!!. They got a watermelon lemonade/ soda, try that too. And I normally don’t go for the watermelon. I’ll go for the strawberry. The facilities were clean. And besides a lot of stares folks are nice.

This place is amazing. I’m from Maryland and I’ve never been to a biscuitville before. There was a bus full of people that we had to wait for, but it was so worth the wait. Also you can watch the biscuits being made! It was incredible!

We enjoyed our biscuits. Service was polite but very slow. The restaurant floor was very wet and remained that way during our meal. Everyone was warning other customers not to slip. A dry mop would have been successful.

This is a pretty unique place because it is breakfast-only. I got an ultimate bacon biscuit and was impressed by the crispy bacon and whole fried egg. The biscuit itself was good, but a little less fluffy than it looked in the pictures. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it was something I noticed. The fries (basically potato wedges) were excellent. Definitely one of the best sides in the fast food game right now.
