Come from Canada to try out some American things and everyone recommended to try Sonic! Their prices are great and the service was really good. We had no idea they had such a cool drive-in but we still got our food delivered by someone on rollerskates! They gave us a free milkshake as well. Lots of parking and they even had indoor and outdoor activities such Jenga and bean bag toss. Loved coming here!

I bought a strawberry milkshake, a burger and fries. I placed my order through a computerized menu in the parking lot (it’s drive in) and a few minutes later, a server came to my car with the food. The server was wearing rollerblades, which was really unique and retro. The food tasted great and the prices were reasonable. I normally don’t like milkshakes but the one from Sonic tasted amazing and I will be ordering more milkshakes from now. Overall, I recommend this place!

Love going to Sonic, it’s a fun take on fast food with the drive-in experience. Never had any problems with this location, everything has always been correct, hot, and fresh. Personally not a huge fan of Sonic’s burgers, but the hot dogs, sides, and drinks are top notch fast food. Especially recommend the Chili Cheese Tots.

First time at a Sonic, very impressed with the staff and how hospitable they were. As a Canadian it was a change of pace from what I’m used to but in a good way. Burger was great and I like the option for fries, taters or onion rings and all the different sizing they offer in their combos. I went with a Reese’s peanut butter cup Sonic blast and it was massive. Overall it was a solid experience and the restaurant itself is quite clean.

First time I’ve been to Sonic. Were excited it came to the Buffalo area. The service and staff were amazing. We dined inside and were served at the table by staff with rollerblades. I felt like I was in my all time favorite movie “Grease.” Can’t wait to try the drive-in. They also have a drive-thru and seating dining areas outside. The onion rings were huge, crispy and delicious. We got shakes which I think was a bit pricey at $4+ for a small one. I personally haven’t tried it yet(2 days later),I took it home and put it in the freezer because I was stuffed. My kids loved theirs. My daughter ordered a Grilled Cheese Double Burger Combo for $6+, which we never heard of til this day. She was amazed by it as soon as she saw the picture and loved it when she got to dig in it. I’ll will order that in my next visit. I’ll get more pictures and videos next time.

I’m completely fed up with this place. My girlfriend and I mainly needed a drink and wanted to order on DoorDash, we were already upset that the drinks were like $7 for adding “real cherries” in the drink and then the food gets here and there’s no drinks. I like the food at sonic but I have not enjoyed a single time going, I’ve actually cried almost every time because something is always either forgotten or undercooked and it’s extremely frustrating when I feel like it’s just me. I’ve been trying to give you guys chance after chance to redeem yourself and it just gets worse honestly. My girlfriend was having a terrible day and your lack of competence has made it even worse. Thank you so much for making me realize I should never give any restaurant a second chance in my life. I will be paying a visit to speak to the manager tomorrow.

I swear I was at McDonald’s! I went through the drive thru, I had to give the order twice (1 sm plain sonic blast with whipped topping, 1 lg chocolate chip cookie dough blast with whip topping). Not at all difficult, you would think. Well the car in front of me was at the window for longer than it should have been. So they brought my order to the car. I said that’s not my order, so I repeated the order again. I finally get to the window and the girl reads off my order and tells me the cost. I said that’s not what I ordered. Repeating my order yet again and having to wait longer, my small sonic ended up being half of a small, the large sonic was more like a medium and both was missing the whipped topping. I was charged full price for half an order.

Should have read the reviews, but I didn’t since I’ve been here before. Ordered a combo meal and a oreo shake, never got the drink that should have come with the shake. The young lady at the window was so rude, in a rush and just seemed not to understand a word that I was saying so I asked for my receipt to leave and she asked me if I wanted a receipt. I decided to call and speak to a manager, spoke to Dejaun who claimed to bea manager, which I doubt is the truth. His bad attitude was present as soon as he answered the phone. Before I could tell him what the problem was he stated, “I’m sorry I don’t know why that happened to you”. This statement confused me since nothing happened to me. I wanted to know why I didn’t get my combo beverage, I was charged $3 for the orwo shake which is the normal price for after 8pm so I should have still received a drink. He did offer me to come all the way back and get a shake, I never wanted a shake since I already had one. I wanted a regular drink that I should have gotten. Had he not been in such a rush to finish playing in the back with co-workers and friends maybe he could have employed some type of customer service skills and problem resolution techniques or better yet maybe Sonic could hire people who actually want to work and do a good job. Next time we will just go to checkers because Sonic is not it.
