Have been recently shopping in the area , deciding to buy an ice tea much to my surprise i was unable to leave a tip for the service. .My understanding is that’s the policy from Ownership, shaking my head and feeling bad for employees especially during these times i said I’ve never heard such a thing.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My chip on my card broke yesterday, so when the OWNER asked me to insert the chip i explained that it had a crack. He snatches it out of my hand and continues to put it in the machine. I continue to explain that it does not work, respectfully. He turns around and says “IT IS NOT MY FAULT IT IS YOUR FAULT!!!!!!”. EXCUSE ME? Instead of snatching my damn card out of my hand and listening to me we could’ve resolved it by using the DD app, but instead he insisted to be rude and yelling at me! Please KEEP YOUR BUSINESS! ! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. – The girls that work there are so sweet, its so sad that the owner acts this way…
