The level of service and quality at this location has taken a nose dive in recent months. After they increased the price of the Ice Cream Blasts AND made the sizes smaller, it’s like they can’t get your tiny order correct. I mean I ask for chocolate ice cream, you read back to me chocolate ice cream, and then I get vanilla. The burgers with the chopped onions are also about the worst thing I’ve ever tasted, I mean if I wanted an onion sandwich I would have ordered one. Be warned, check your order and good luck getting something edible.

Very polite, nice person in the drive-thru took my order, but, when I went back to get a refund, the manager questioned me pretty extensively. He asked if I had ordered it today, asked the time, asked me when I tried to eat it…asked how long after I ordered it did I attempt to eat it. He said he was surprised since they were busy all day.

I’ll learn my lesson never go between the hours of 7pm and 10pm. My soft pretzel twist was rock solid and the totts were also old and were sitting around for about 4 hours. They tasted awful! If you go around 11am to 3pm. Food is excellent. If it’s after that… the food is a waste of money. What a waste of 12 dollars .

Paid the same $10.00 for a now kiddie size serving of what was a small serving sonic blast this season. I know times are tough, but that’s a 50% reduction in product for the same money, folks! Don’t see return trips in my family’s future. Do better by your customers, Sonic. Times are tough for us too!
