I don’t understand why this location loves to make drive-thru customers pull around and park vs getting your food at the window, it’s not a park-thru! It doesn’t make sense, annoys customers and they always park 3-4 people at a time, how does that let you get orders out faster? They’ve even tried to make me park when I was the only car in the drivethru with a small order I’m pretty sure it’s to cheat the order timers so they look better to corporate, it sure isn’t for the customer’s benefit. Been to McDonald’s all over the country, only once elsewhere have I been asked to park at another location and they apologized and gave me a “parking ticket’ for a free McMuffin. It would annoy me off a little less if I got something for the inconvenience, and maybe they wouldn’t continue to abuse it

I just brought a Big Mac in McDonald’s on union blvd Allentown pa and almost finishing it I bit and felt something I spit out what I had in my mouth and found this piece of not sure of its fiber glass or glass.

I went inside because the drive up line was so long. Once inside it took 25 minutes to get a Big Mac. It was obvious that between drive up, door dash, and inside customers, they just couldn’t keep up. I counted 9 employees working on orders. They all were busy trying to get the orders out, so I’m guessing there were just too many orders to handle. Unfortunately this new business model has taken the fast out of fast food. I think I’ll return to local diners or Wawa since they now get the food out quicker than McD’s, and the pricing is only slightly higher. On the bright side people waiting for their food kept busy on their phone, didn’t complain, and were pleasant.

Very clean, quick service. Coffee sometimes has been cold or very weak. Food orders are sometimes inaccurate. Bic mac with nothing on it. Quarter pounder ordered without cheese..came with cheese.

Bad experience. Yesterday we ordered some things, but it turns out that one of the triple cheeseburguers had 2 pieces of plastic labels inside the burguer.When my husband went inside to talk to the person in charge, she didn’t even apologize and her attitude was very bad.
