Well, the food was good, but I did an online order and although it wasn’t busy, it took over 17 minutes to get our food. And then I didn’t get the drinks until 26 minutes! Poorly managed to say the least. They apparently prioritized the drive thru, but they abandoned the dining room. So, the kitchen people did a great job, but the counter workers need some training and guidance.

I went through the drive thru at 10:47am really wanting breakfast thinking that it was until 11 but it stopped at 10:30. I was so sad, i was going to leave. Elizabeth mentioned what they still have left for breakfast and it happened to be exactly what i wanted!! She really reached the goal of “making the customer happy”. Out standing service this morning.

Do not waste your time going inside. They will just ignore you while staring at you. Their self service was down and the app was not opening. After 25 minutes of being ignore, I just said to the person staring at me that I am leaving, suddenly an older lady came out of no where to try to take my order. It was not even busy since it was 6:35am, they were just ignoring people.

I’ve been to this location twice using the drive thru with not-the-best experiences.
On the first visit, I asked for an iced coffee with oat milk. I know that this place isn’t a fancy cafe with all the options. However, it would’ve been nice if they had non-dairy milk options. The whole milk tasted fine with my iced coffee, but it messed with my stomach which is why I asked for non-dairy milk. What made me subtract a star was the drive-thru microphone not functioning properly. I had to repeat my order and ask the worker to repeat what they were saying multiple times. This led to the worker raising their voice at me which I find unprofessional.
On the second visit, I ordered a cheeseburger PLAIN and asked for just the bun, beef, and cheese. However, I got a cheeseburger with all the extras I asked them not to include. To add to the experience, the fries were cold upon receiving my order.

Ordered online set for drive through pickup waited 22 minutes for the order. Worst service ever walked into location to find that no one was at the register and manager wouldn’t even come out and talk or apologize for very bad service!

I dont usually have an issue at this mcdonald’s but the frappes are disgusting. I always drive out of my way to lehigh street because the frappes at union are inedible. I don’t know if it’s the machine or when the espresso is added but it needs to be checked in to. It’s been 3 times already. Wasting my money. Maybe have lehigh street train you.

Fries we lukewarm at best and dumped upside down and all over the bad. QPC had cheese melted but halfway off the sandwich and barely any ketchup and no mustard making the sandwich dry. I had some ketchup packets at work to help out. Burger too salty too. Almost forgot, the big black lady is rude to all her customers! She shouldn’t be in customer service with an attitude like that.

Quite possibly the slowest McDonalds on the planet. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone in the drive-thru and this is the 3rd time it’s a 20+ minute wait. Fries and hash browns always seem cooked to me bare minimum time and do not taste good at all.
