We love having our weekly Toastmaster luncheon here. Justin is a great staffer and the food is of good quality and the menu is varied— so all is good on that front.

Would have rated better on atmosphere but a few things turned us off. This is our favorite location because Justin and Rachel are always AMAZING whether we dine in or take-out. Lately it’s been take-out as it very very warm in there. A/C issues maybe? Way to hot to eat in that building. Love the fact that you can get a Paloma now but……..a Paloma has just a splash of soda not a 50/50 ratio. And a Manhattan NEVER has an orange. EVER! That’s an Old Fashioned. Just constructive criticism from a life long bartender. Keep up on the awesome job Rachel and Justin. We will all come visit, just not order a cocktail or eat in. Food is always good!

Great food! Our server, Kate, was friendly, personable, and really on the ball. I was there with my friend who’s 88 years old and she loves Smoky Mountain! We went there at her request. We had a great time eating delicious freshly cooked pasta dishes.

Went for dinner on a Monday night and it was super empty not many guests. There were 2 wait staff working. They were nice enough nothing over the top amazing. The waiter did miss our drink order and placed the wrong order for the table next to us.

We visited the Boise location. This location is conveniently located off Parkcenter Drive. It is easy to see from the main road. Parking lot was small. The establishment was somewhat clean, but could have been better (ex. empty dirty tables not cleared, greasy salt/pepper/parm cheese/crushed red pepper shakers). The initial service was poor. There as four parties dining at this time. We were not greeted at our table with menus for 5 to 7 minutes. The service improved once orders were placed. The pizza was very good and hot. The gluten free crust was very good and I was impressed (see pics). Overall if the food wouldn’t have been good, we probably would have not returned.

Was here on Monday June 26th. very frustrated and disappointed! Sat on the patio. There was water in the pond but the fountain wasn’t working. We’re seated around 6:20 and served a glass of wine that we ordered. 35 minutes after receiving the glass of wine no one had returned to our table to check on us or to take our order. We walked to the front of the restaurant and had several staff members walk by us while we were waiting at the cash register. Even more frustrated, we counted out the exact amount of the glass of wine, left a note with the cash and placed it on the cash register and left. Staff kept walking back and forth without making any contact with us. What a horrible place. If you don’t have staff then don’t seat your patrons. Fix the amenities that are broken and not working. You’re in the customer service industry. Figure it out and provide customer service. Maybe it’s time for a change of ownership.

Had the teriyaki chicken fettuccine and it was delicious. Also shared the berry cheesecake with my husband. My daughter had the bacon Mac and cheese and she loved it. It was not super busy for lunch and we got right in.

We had a horrible experience. This was our first time ever being at your restaurant. It was my husband and I and our 5 kids. We get inside and there was literally 1 other person in the restaurant sitting at the bar.
