Stopped by the drive thru around 6:30 this evening. Ordered 3-piece chicken finger meals for my kids and a chili for myself and asked for extra crackers. Didn’t receive a single pack of crackers at all and somehow got a Taco Bell hot sauce packet with my Wendy’s order. My boys fries were cold as well. Thankfully my kids will still eat food that’s warmed up in the microwave at home. What makes this even more frustrating is that we was asked to pull up and wait (about 4-5 minutes) so it really doesn’t make sense for the food to be cold. The total came out to $28 and some change.. and paying that much for cold food, missing items, and a random hot sauce packet from another restaurant is absolutely unacceptable.

We stopped in for food this afternoon and they forgot to put our daughter’s chicken in the bag. When I looked in the bag and tasted our fries they are so nasty. I didn’t even go back to get her chicken. We just got Burger King instead.

Well Crossville, your Wendy’s is just as bad as other states! My Jr cheeseburger deluxe was cold with ketchup, mustard, onions and pickles! NO! It should be mayo, tomato and lettuce. So disappointed! Nice sign on front door too. I guess you don’t want people to enjoy a meal at your location.

Unfortunately, there were no crackers included what so ever and I received 1 Taco Bell hot sauce packet with my Wendy’s order. Very confused about that. Also, the fries in both my boys meals were cold. Which obviously is not okay but thankfully my kids eat headed fries from microwave. Which the cold fry part is even crazier because we were asked to pull up and sat there approximately 4 min. . And still received cold fries!

DONT GO HERE, the guy just jumped out of the window and hit my bfs car!! Over him asking for our sauces! If I were any of yall I wouldn’t even waste my time.. we’ve been going here forever! Even after they run out of food or get our order wrong, we get that but this was just too far & disrespectful! This Wendy’s should do better background checks…

Had to wait for a register person to come upfront employees were running around unprofessional hats on backwards shirttails out… Store was dirty. Front doors were all propped open for some reason… Dining room had numerous dirty tables… Counters were dirty… Employee front register does not know where anything was Such as sweet and low..Tea tea was horrible.

My wife and I dined in here the other day. We asked for fresh fries and the manager refused to make us new ones. She had argued they just came up, despite us asking for a fresh order. We will not return! My BLT was undercooked.

I am a fan of Wendy’s, but this one is very poorly managed, health inspector must be non existent, because this one would fail for sure. Nasty dirty, and the employees very poor service cleanliness and neatness should be a thing when serving food. I hope it improves, it seems the state of fast food in this country is in the toilet.

The food was fresh, the service was okay. I went through the drive through, there were two cars in front of me so the time to get to the Wendy was okay. However had to wait awhile to get 6 nuggets, but they were fresh so that was okay.

Despite having a bad experience last time we decided to give it one more try. There were other people inside so we went inside as well. We ordered and it took no less than 15 minutes to get our food. While my daughter and I was sitting at a table waiting an employee on break asked us how we got inside. I replied “the door” he said “well I can fix that”. Other people even walked in to order after us. I ordered the single combo and when I saw this burger I was so disappointed. My finance offered to take it back but I told him it’s fine we just won’t be back. The entire time the employee on break who questioned us was asking people for a ride home from multiple people. I will never go back to this location and I do not recommend.
