Very authentic smash burger! Two patties, but smashed so they are wide and thin. Fries were nice and crispy. Fries are a single serving IMO.

Went for the Oklahoma style burger, but either left off the onions or they’re so thin they all disintegrated, so couldn’t taste them at all. But still was a damn tasty burger, but I’d try the jalapeño one next time. Points off for only ordering through your phone but they were fast and food was reasonably priced for Seattle.

sitting right outside rooftop brewing co, I’ve driven past this so many times but I finally had to make a stop and try it out, and I was honestly amazed at how they somehow taste even better than they smell. coupled with how fast the food came out, this is definitely a new regular spot for me. and if you wanna sit and have a beer with your burger, rooftop is a great spot for it! they even have board games. 10/10 would consume daily if I could

Probably the best burger I’ve had in Seattle, coupled with damn good smothered fries that were plenty to feed two. I went with Beyond on my burger and beef on the fries, both were excellent. Amazing dudes in the truck, too. Ordering is online, super easy, got our food fast. Will be back.

Great burger a true smash burger. Got the quad Oklahoma. Really enjoyed the burger, it had the right amount of juiciness, crispy lacy edges. However it was a little heavy on the salt. I do understand salt help create the crispy lacy edges and this could be a one off. Still would eat again.

As truly outstanding as all the reviews here say. Had the jalapeño double.

Was excited to try the vegetarian smash burger. Asked when we arrived and we’re told we would be able to order them in 30 minutes. 1.5 hours later they were able to make one veggie burger for us. They didn’t charge for it which was decent. But hard to share one small burger among 6 people. We also ordered 4 orders of fries. They ran out of the regular containers so put in an amount that was supposed to be two order’s worth in a slightly larger container. Honestly it was about the size of a regular order. So free burger but $12 for a very small order of fries which were ok at best. The regular burgers were ok. Be aware though that they really don’t offer a vegetarian option. This was on a sunny Friday evening.

Ordered the Oklahoma burger. Fantastic! Beware, order an extra patty….or two burgers. Burger looks bigger in the menu pic than what is actually delivered. Would suggest to ownership to make the smash Pattie’s bigger in general, but charge the same.
