Worst burrito and server I’ve ever had! Wish I could get a refund but not worth returning. Server scooped all pico watery sauce in my burrito and made it all soggy including the lettuce and was uneatable. Do not waste your money here! Threw it away because it was so bad.

I genuinely never recommend to order through uber eats cause they make your food any type of way. They are so over stingy on the portions it was barely any meant or cheese or lettuce on there barely no sauce like. IM SURE THEY THEY WOULDNT MAKE THEY FOOD LIKE THIS OR WANT ANYBODY TO SHORTCHANGE THEM ON THERE FOOD! as expensive as they are I paid 25 dollars for this???? The line workers act like it’s coming out of they paycheck literally the most annoying thing you better off going in person! I spent 25 dollars for nothing and uber is not going to refund me but I’ll never order then on uber again. Nobody has money to waste in this piss poor economy cause that bowl wasn’t even a bowl.

This Chipotle has noticeably declined since the recent management change. The previous manager ran this location much better, and I rarely experienced issues. Unfortunately, the new management under Sheryl has not maintained the same level of service or communication.
I reached out to Sheryl directly by email twice regarding a confusing new policy, but I never received a response.
For years, I’ve ordered the same thing without any issues: a kids quesadilla with three sides and a side of salsa. On my latest visit, I was suddenly told this is no longer allowed due to a new policy. There was no prior notice, and the explanation in-store was unclear. As a long-time customer, the lack of transparency was disappointing.
What makes the situation worse is that my attempt to get clarification from Sheryl went unanswered. It feels like customer concerns are being ignored, which wasn’t the case with the previous management.
I genuinely hope Sheryl and the new leadership improve communication and bring this location back to the standard it once had. Until then, the experience here is not what it used to be.

Edit: I was in here 2 months ago And gave it 5 stars. Today went in and it was terrible! Got a salad and had to ask 4 times for more lettuce! Plus they had NO FORKS yes NO FORKS for my salad. The lady looked in the back and found me one but other people were there looking at her like WTH about me!! I don’t know if I will be back to this chipotle?

My Grandson’s favorite restaurant is chipotle and I have to admit it is exceptional. He always gets the burrito and I get the salad bowl. We find the service friendly and accommodating. Have to give them a 5 star review based on our experience.

Visited Chipotle on January 20th and was surprised to be told I’d be charged $1.50 for a small container of salsa with a kids quesadilla meal. The meal already includes three sides, but I was told salsa now has to count as one of the sides instead of rice, beans, or cheese.

I’ve always been able to get salsa with this same order in the past, but was told by Lauren that due to a new manager, this is no longer allowed. The same thing recently happened to a coworker of mine.

Very disappointing.. Do better, Chipotle.

I went to this restaurant around 8:38 PM on February 10. At first, all of the staff were perfectly fine — but the Black guy working the register was really not OK. His attitude was very careless, and he kept messing up the charges when ringing me up.

I ordered two chicken bowls, but he somehow added an extra charge for extra chicken that I never asked for. This very bad one-star review is specifically because of that cashier.

Stopped by to pick up some food from this location at 10:20PM store closes at 11PM and most of all the food was already put away, we were rushed out of the restaurant and the lady who helped us seemed very eager to leave so she just started putting everything in our bowls quickly and very messy. I understand wanting to go home after working a closing shift but at least have some decency.

I visited this Chipotle location 30 minutes before closing and had one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The crew was openly rude from the moment I ordered.

When an employee asked if I wanted the last of the chicken, another employee loudly commented “beggars can’t be choosy.” That remark was completely uncalled for, degrading, and extremely unprofessional. I was a paying customer, not an inconvenience.

I understand closing shifts can be stressful, but that does not excuse treating customers with sarcasm and disrespect. If serving food 30 minutes before close is a problem, then the store should adjust its hours accordingly.

This interaction left a very bad impression, and I left feeling insulted rather than valued. I expect much better from a brand like Chipotle.

I would not order online from this location. I did that and was surprised they just have a big open shelf to put the orders on for pickup. I was curious how they could do that without someone “mistakenly” picking up other people’s orders. Turns out they must have had the same thought, because I had to stand in line to ask for my order from behind the counter. By the time I got it, it was stone cold.

If I had just walked in and gotten a burrito made for me, I probably would have enjoyed it fine. I was disappointed with the red salsa, though, as it had very little flavor beyond salt and vinegar.
